High schoolers with way more time on thier hands and no adult supervision. so they get into situations. They cleverly don't really address the fact that a guy wouldn't be able to hide the huge scar on his chest from a heart transplant from his friends.
If you are watching this for the guys you will probably be able to overlook this mini drama's flaws. Despite the heart fluttering moments with the couples, I found this to be an angsty melo drama that was rather depressing. While it does have a happy-ish ending for 2 couples, it's best taken as eye candy.
