Big on slice of life and it is so beautiful...

Super sweet series! big on slice of life!
Money dosen't make happiness, but pursuing what you like to do and on your terms,
and seeing the little things in life; it dosen't have to be anything big, it can be as little as "not doing anything" a quote often used in the series and the main characters's motto. Not giving in to how society's expectations on how
to live life, having a high paying job, a steady income of money, pursuing other's dreams but your own, not being true to yourself... etc. etc. there is a lot to learn from this series.

And it is an absolutely wonderful, chillaxing and high on loving life -little masterpiece of a series...
in my book it would be one of my 'top must watches' and a actual favorite I could go watch again, not bc of forgetting it but how much good and loving energy it gives off from only watching it !

Thank you for making this series, just what I needed -any day,
as I am myself very diffrent, apart from society's expectations.
Please "go live life, don't just survive" -this may have very diffrent meaning for every individual, it may be a lifestyle, a dream job, a treat every once a week, nothing having to do much on a daily basis, being able to spend time more with the family, for some it would be money to go to other places... whatever it may be, as long as it is a healthy for you to do and a way to really feel and be loving life! :)

A more comical take on a SM relationship

This is a really funny series!
So this was basically a more comical take on an SM relationship if anything.

But, let's not overlook there is stalking and harassment here, and even after she clearly expressed she didn't want anything to do with him. Which is indeed not okay in real life. This would be my only complaint and the reason why I would remove 1 star. although it does seem she does make sure on how clearly wrong his actions are here.
But in the end, he still keeps on following her, and she just kind of seems to have accepted it although she doesn't seem too happy either with it, which kinda makes me a bit sad here.

Otherwise looking apart from that, only looking at it as an entertainment show, then it somehow works out with the comedy, without damaging the otherwise lighthearted scenes there also is in this series.

But I still come to somehow like to imagine just a bit, of what could have been of these two, if they had turned out to grow into a more healthy relation together, in a world where he somehow could actually pursue her and without being a creep and stalking her, while still keeping their sadistic and masochistic tendencies? as this storyline is incredibly interesting and their characters are mostly pretty great together, I think.

Although I do at the same time feel quite happy with the real ending of how it turned out with this series. I would definitely recommend it as an entertainment drama to watch.

It is super twisted, but also looking besides that-

I mean... what a sick movie. And it might give wrong impressions off on how outsiders would look at the "gay" and "bdsm" communities, bc of crime; rape, kidnapping. Really sick scenes.
This worries me a bit, especially as there are only a very few BL movies out there in Japan.
Bdsm is something you gotta be well informed about /enough, before getting the real image of what it actually is and not many people out there worldwide know ENOUGH about this. And therefore only sees from what it looks like -so did I, before diving into it.

But then if we look away from all that, and look at it as a movie itself and the genre crime.
It is a really well-made movie! and really good acting.
There were also actually slice of life in there too; death/living, having difficulties living in the cold hard world, acceptance, stuck in the past, etc.
And a very well-made quality movie.

A dark & hard-to-watch series. But very important truly needed to be shown more of into the world

Especially for those who suffer in this world. But in the particular darker sides of it, being in unhealthy environments and relationships.

About getting out of that darkness, even when you are literally on the edge of life and death.
How just one person, can change your life and be a light,
can show you life CAN BE different, there are other ways, other perspectives. that you aren't worthless; not nothing anything else but to live life in complete darkness for so long, believing you are exactly that, worthless, nothing and deserve the punishment and to be used.

How and what growing up in the wrong environment can do to a person. But that doesn't mean you HAVE TO BE THERE all your life. You can go out and make your own happiness, by yourself, somewhere else, and with other people.

*I myself realized even more: you are not the same as the people who you grew up with, or how they made you view yourself like, you are your own person and you shouldn't have to be effective by them. Don't let them have sort of immense power over you!

Don't judge the outside & fluffy wholesome young first-timers in love unsure how to go about things

"A big bear with a big fluffy heart."

The reason why I love it so much because it is about body image appearance and if you might not be the norm there will still be someone out there liking you just for you! and who might even adore you and your unique body and personality.
Besides, it is otherwise maybe a bit over the top cheesy but then again in general it is quite an anime and Japanese-like.

A really cute fluffy drama, about this really big strong fella and often misunderstood exactly bc of that and deep a bit aggressive voice and tone. But if you get to know him, in reality, he is also this a bit clumsy and seriously has the biggest heart, and the best of a friend to everyone could ever wish for, especially to the ones he considers close, but to such an extent that he puts himself aside easily.
Therefore blinded when his big crush actually has fallen for him as well, and she tries to show her affection big time making all sorts, but shared with his friend on the side, and but bc he is always together with his really good childhood friend, who is a very popular guy with all the girls, and he himself never got any type of that sort of attention, he naturally thinks it is even unthinkable for that to ever happen!

Just incredible cute and wholesome young people first time in love, no experience, and so confused and having everything hit them harder doing the first-timers. Unsure how to do things and how to go about when it comes to communication.

Also, I think Goda Takeo's good childhood friend Sunakawa Makoto might have a secret one-sided love for his friend as well, he kinda seems like it? but he has learned to treasure his friend more and for his happiness over his own first, and he this way gets to keep his friend around still.

Kind of a pair of everyday heroes, leaning a helping hand

I LOVE how they are kind of a type of middlemen,
somewhere neutral in between black and white, good and bad -type of people. But in such a way that they are people who are trying to understand someone else's point of view from their life.

They are kind of a pair of everyday heroes, but with a realistic worldview and otherwise two normal men with no special superpowers other than what all the other normal humans are equipped with,
but they are instead willing to do almost anything, for some reason. Money seemed to be the motive at first, but later in the episodes, their motive seems to change... although I am not sure what it changes to. Maybe it is that they just know how life can get so tough and just a helping hand, even from a stranger, that it sometimes can be a huge change and just what was needed in someone's life.

Pretty funny and serious too, they manage to joke a bit around although doing a pretty rough everyday life. And it seems these two are pretty good for one another.
I also like that most of the city is a bit shabby as well as their job/home, "kinda laidback" as one mentioned in the series.

These two guys have a chill view on life, although they seem unmotivated on life really as if life has not been in their favor and therefore it has drawn out the rest of their energy from them. They don't seem happy and are very tired pretty much all the time.

These guys don't mind trying all types of work out.
Helping different types of people with very unique problems, and as most of them are desperate for help,
but the type of special service they are looking for is not really a service to be found anywhere.
But these two working guys they may manage to find, who would almost do anything! ...even though it doesn't pay well. But they get to be put in all types of weird different situations and people, who you normally wouldn't be able to see. It is sort of "behind the scenes of life" ? the type would prefer not having everyone know about or rather keep private to a very few and possibly not even show some of your friends or family.

Many red flags with a quite creep guy vs. a sweet guy who just wants to have confidence while cute

Shortly said:
Momose is forcing himself onto this Yashiro, multiple times. Trying to blackmail and manipulate him into getting his own desires fulfilled.

First, when they met he got very close and insisted on talking and out in public even, where anyone with a secret like this would get very startled, eh didn’t consider Yashiro at any point really.
And he kept forcing himself onto him even later in the school and then ended up taking advantage of the situation of other people coming near them to kiss him,
bc Yashiro wouldn’t dare to do anything to get exposed dressed up in a girl’s uniform.

He later when at his home, forces himself over and over until he gets a rib on him unable to get away, forcing himself onto him with rape attempt,
even when he says stops multiple times he doesn’t listen at all, but only seems completely blinded by his own desires.
And only stops when he starts crying out loud and begs saying he is scared over and over. Which normally in irl this would most likely leave a trauma scar on someone experiencing a situation like that.
Momose is a very creepy and scary person, there were so many red flags and crossed lines in this movie.
Made me feel disgusted bc Yashiro should never have apologized and asked for forgiveness for changing his mind later on, as he says he does
-Everyone is allowed to change their mind doing anywhere and anytime before and in a situation.
I honestly can’t believe Yashio would actually let a horrible selfish guy like this back into his life…

What I otherwise got out of this movie…was that Yoshiro didn’t believe he was cute? But really wanted to and that is kinda what Momose could give him,
To make him believe that he was. And all of him not just only when he dressed up. Which no one else knew of but Momose.
It honestly seemed like Yoshiro just wanted to feel pretty and confident.
While Momose had a deep fetish…? Or that he just got an eye-opener up for Yoshiro looking cute, which he liked very much?

I am not sure what to say about this part...but
there seems to be hinting that Yashiro is transgender, or maybe just a crossdresser or something else in terms of non-normative gender? just too bad we didn't get a more clear answer on that i think, as it seems kind of half-like done. But perhaps that is the meaning of the story that it was more about the two of them?
But it is nice to get that genre in there as we don't get to see that so often in movies.

Not sure what good there even is to say about this movie??
uh, the actors looked good, the acting was good, the music was ok.

Oh and yes, that they otherwise portrayed the two guys who otherwise don't seem to be gay, but fell for one another, so it is not your typical portrayed type of gay, which is really nice to see in a movie!
