This show in my honest opinion was a big let down for me. This story and show in general had so much potential. However, there were 2 HUGE flaws.

1. The lack of chemistry between the main leads was not only a shame but it was very apparent too. Honestly Nam Joo Hyuck's acting was great in this drama, defo not one of his best. But Shin Se Kyung felt quite inexperienced and her acting was very inconsistent. Some moments were great but others made it seem like she was a first time Idol Actress which her previous works clearly state otherwise.

2. The story was interesting at first but by episode 6 it dragged and honestly it was a chore to finish (which I didn't even manage to do). The fact that Habaek kept losing his powers even after getting them back when saving the female lead from falling off a building was utter bs in my opinion. I purely decided to watch this drama due to the idea of such a potent character falling in love and using all of his powers to save her. And I very much misunderstood and only felt disappointed from there on.

HOWEVER, the second lead couple were a breath of fresh air in the drama and I began to anticipate when Krystal and Gong Myung appeared on screen. Also the acting of the antagonist was pretty well done.

This was the 3rd kdrama I watched ever and it was the first disappointment I felt from the kdrama world.

So when I watched Busted! way back in April 2018, I was a newly arrived person in the whole Kpop/korean scene. I was starting out as a huge bts fan, whom of course are my ultimate group;)). I had only really watched interviews with bts in and some variety shows with them in, so watching a whole show in Korean was very foreign to me. But I truly do not regret starting out with the very interesting and comedic Busted! Honestly, I had no idea who anyone was (I DO NOW HOWEVER N SEHUN IS DEFO MY EXO BIAS) and didn't know that they were celebrities or even what a 'variety show' was because we don't have stuff like this in England.

First of all, what really stood out to me about the show were the different challenges they were faced with. Honestly watching them trying to get water in a bucket, going through mazes, finding paintings and scuba diving was entertaining itself. What made this better was this whole show having a bigger picture of Project D and the casts' true purpose. You Yeonseok was a joker though lmao.

Also the theme song is an absolute banger... still don't know who its by lmao. This definitely something for those who love mystery and whodunnit series but don't mind comedy being intertwined alongside.

My second ever kdrama!
SWDBS is definitely up there as one of my fave kdramas. Many have said that the story tried to do too much but honestly I didn't see it like that. I saw a brilliant drama that just managed to intertwine the genre of romance, comedy and crime well. I feel that people put too many categories down as what a kind of kdrama it is. People believe that an office romance or having powers and the fact there is a serial killer in the drama is doing 'too much' to the story but I think it was done well enough so that it didn't affect the chemistry of the main leads.

Both PHS and PBY were perfect in this drama and their chemistry is defo one of the best I have seen. And my poor little Jisoo once again just falling short of being the guy for the female lead. But honestly this one was made for the Park couple.

The only flaw I saw in this drama really was the whole relationship with Guk Doo's ex and DBS' brother. Just thought it was unnecessary and also a plot hole as what even happened there??

Other than that, it was one of my rated 10 drama.

My first ever kdrama
The actors did so well and I don't believe that the plot dragged because of the smaller cases between each episode. I believe that was done well and the comedy side was fantastic. The chemistry between the characters was great, not completely amazing like others but it was still fantastic! I do recommend this as a first time k-drama watch as it was for me.

The best point of this drama is seeing the office members interact with each other and how well they got on. Also their reaction to the main character's relationship was very interesting to watch!

The friendship between Ji Chang Wook and Choi Tae Joon was another killing part for me. And talking about killing the antagonist was fantastic and deserves more praise. He was truly chilling!

My 5th kdrama ever and it was kind of disappointing but not at the same time. The only reason I decided to watch this was because I had seen an edit of Park Hyungsik in this drama and wanted to give it a try. But looking at the year of the drama, I knew it wouldn't be at the same quality as the other 4 I had seen.

The cast was a cast I didn't and still don't know and their acting was okay. Definitely think Park Hyungsik was the saviour of the show. His relationship with SFL was the reason I had continue to watch the show. The best scene was for sure the scene where Chang Soo had broke down in front of his mother and you could actually see that the mother felt bad for her son.

Overall, this show could've been done a lot better but I hadn't originally expected much from it.

This was my 4th kdrama and honestly it raised my spirits after the disappointing Bride of Habaek. The story may have not been a crazily amazing one but honestly it was done well enough to keep me completely interested for a solid 16 episode and wasn't at all a chore to finish. I enjoyed it a lot.

The acting was an A+ from me- an almost star studded cast (of which I didn't know of at the time) and the chemistry between PMY and PSJ was absolutely solid. It made the story become more enjoyable and easier watch although some of it was very cliché.

The side characters and stories were all very cute and didn't feel burdening enough to skip so that was well done.

This was the first I had seen of the main leads and it defo gave me a solid idea of what they could do when I decide to watch any of their future dramas.
