I think in my philosophical mind this shows two lessons 1. The sins of thy father. In terms of great, korn, tyme and how the actions of they parents snowballed into this mess. Cause and effect. The children were already doomed from the beginning 2. How karma is a mangy dog that will bite you in the leg when you try to run from it. Actions have consequences, even those you feel should be taken in honour you will pay for your good or bad deeds through the front end or back end.
I have a lot of sympathy for those people that became collateral damage. I saw a lot of selfishness and carelessness in a lot of actions and maybe death is the penance but damn they better not do my boy tongkla like that. He should be at the border by now.

Then he mocks his dad for saving him. If you didn't want to be saved you should have turned yourself in immediately 2. Then he is an accomplice to murder and disposing EVIDENCE but sneers at his dad for killing people to dispose evidence? 3. The way he left his mother like that. Sir.
