if you want more than 4, just check my currently watching or completed list of jdramas lmao. do you really think an entire country just makes the same type of content? obviously tropes are a thing, but they're not present in every genre, of which Japan makes a lot. for example, Japan specializes in slice of life, workplace stories or simple healing stories. you're telling me Call me Chihiro, A Table, Ishiko to Haneo, or Little Forest, or Gakkuo no Kaidan or Gannibal are just about "marriage, cheating or divorce"?
