I love Lee Seung Gi who played Kim Jeong Ho. He is fantastic no matter what he does. It looks like he gained a couple of pounds which really looks good on him. I love when he plays characters like this, to know that he loves making people laugh and turns around playing a serious role. This drama has me wanting to watch Vagabond again. He is one of the best vocals ever. I loved the ending. Lee Se Young who played Kim Yu Ri. It looks like she played in another drama with LSG and I loved that storyline also. LSY is a great actress and I love how she takes on characters who are strong-willed. She also can be very witty as well. The storyline is about lawyers again, it seems I have been watching a lot of those lately. I love this storyline pitting defense against prosecution and then joining each other to solve their own issues. Thanking all the actors/actresses who acted up and beyond in making this story work. I applaud the screenwriters, story tellers, producers and the rest of the team who made me, the audience, love this drama.

This was a really cute romance. Li Jia Qi who played Ni Chang played her character with excellence. She did very well changing from one name to another for family's sake. At first, I felt that another actress should have played the part because they need someone who had a strong personality. I was fooled because she did play the part like she was supposed to.
Bi Wen Jun who played Ou Yang Ziyu did a great job with three types of personality not at the same time nor did have a personality disorder... He was mental when he had to be, serious, and loving. I would love to see more of him but it looks like he is new to the acting scene. He is only 24 but he is very handsome and tall. The storyline like I said was cute but then again it was very serious. The investigative scenes had me going. Thanking all those who played support roles. Thanking the crew of Ni Chang.

This is another one I forgot to write a review but I did watch it twice so I had to watch it again. Now I know why I forgot to write a review. I couldn't express words for this drama because it had me so emotional and teary-eyed. I'm even having a hard time writing a review on it now. The storyline was great don't get me wrong. Seo In Guk who plays the character Kim Moo Young absolutely took this character to another level. I mean OMG, this actor loves to play villain roles and his eyes are perfect for that type of role. His eyes are beautiful and can be a dangerous weapon if you ask me. I research Seo In Guk, just letting y'all know his vocals are perfect. It seems like South Korea has the most beautiful voices in the world when it comes to singing. The talent there is just phenomenal. I am praying that if there is such a thing as being reborn... let me be reborn in South Korea. Jung So Min who played the character of Yoo Jin Kang, wow, I love this actress! She can play a strong woman role awesomely. I loved her in Alchemy of Souls. Park Sung Woong who played the character Yoo Jin Gook, OMG, I wanted to reach into my TV and just slap him in the back of his head. For that actor to stir my anger emotions high... he did a great job. As you see in how I rate this, there was a hiccup in the storyline but you will have to watch to see what I am talking about.

I love this drama very much. I only had one hiccup and that was trying to understand the last 3 episodes. I had watched them like 4 times to get what the story writers were doing. I finally did. I hope that whoever watches understands the ending as well. The acting and the romance were livid. Zheng Ye Cheng who played Fu Jiu Yun did excellent with this character. I want to see more of him. Zhao Lu Si who played Zhao Lu Si Di Ji/Qin Chuan, I just love this actress, she is just incredible with her acting skills. Every time I see her perform in a drama, she works hard to turn into the character she is playing. This actress had me so emotional. This will be a rewatch for me. The fantasy and the martial art were good. The two main leads had me not so focused on the fantasy world which I love but my focus was on the story this time. I thank all the supporting actors and actresses as I always do because they also worked hard. The visuals were also good. Do not skip episodes are you will find yourself going back to watch them and understand what happened.

I love how they brought the awareness of Autism to a drama. People need to know there are 3 Levels of Autism. I believe she had Level 2. Reading the reviews of Park Eun Bin and how she had to learn about Autism, she did an excellent job. Kang Tae Oh, wow, this actor made everything in my heart go ah in how his character wanted to spend his life. I was overcome by it. Kudos to the screenwriters for that part of the story. Thanking all of the actors and actresses who did a great job, How you dressed Park Eun Bin for this part had me asking "why?" That was my only critical opinion. I am anxious to see the 2nd part. This had a pretty good storyline so thank you, writers, producers, and directors. Ahn Bo Hyun was great in this, I have checked most of the movies to watch and I need to jump on it. As a military prosecutor, I would hate to meet that character in a courtroom. I love the main lead actress, who played a dual part. Her martial art whether acting or real. I loved how she moved. She was awesome. I don't really get off watching any dramas or movies with military content. It's not that I hate the military, but I hate war and I know that men and women will die during the war. R.I.P. to those who have died during the Ukraine War. Thanking the team of this drama for their work.

This story had me going crazy but it was good. Have tissues handy because you will drop some tears. I loved the storyline because it was a little different than most. Ma Tian Yu played the Emperor and his task was very complicated but had a passion to be the Emperor. Excellent acting! Wan Qian who played the Empress, wow, she took charge! A lot of revenge and avenging had me breathing hard. A lot of blood spilled from the first episode to almost the last episode. The ending will leave you in awe! DO NOT skip any episodes or you will ruin it for yourself. I know it is long but just think of it as a vacation. lol.

Wow this had no Romance!

The storyline was very well done. I'm impressed that this had two main male Chinese actors. I was also impressed that I finally got to see a Chinese drama without romance or competition of female leads for the male lead or vice versa. I love art, the producers were perfect with how their direction regarding sketches, drawings, and what made me very happy is that they showed face blindness having autism. Thank you for bringing attention to autism disorders. Tan Jian Ci who played Shen Yi was excellent with his acting displaying a sketch artist and oil paintings. Very handsome actor. Jin Shi Jia who played Du Cheng, for a minute I thought he was a real detective/police. JSJ was very believable. I thank all the actors/actresses in the characters that they played to make the storyline more believable. This is a rewatch for me!

Writers had me fooled!

This Drama had me going all the way until the last episode. I didn't cry until the end of it. OMG, the writers had me fooled on this one. I will NOT give you those details because you have to watch for yourself. I mean the great detective work was based on one character. Bai Liu is one of the best strongest female Chinese actresses that I have viewed. I am so impressed by the portrayal of the character she performs. I bow down to her! She led this story! This will be a rewatch for me. A family setting where all is loved and protected. This is the way families should be. NOT perfect but stable. All the actors and actresses gave their all! Kudos to Wang Yi Zhi for his role in this story. The ending WOW I was fooled. If you watch the last episode you are selfishly ruining all the other episodes and you will not enjoy this drama. Don't do it! Thank you for this story and thank you for my tears. Enjoy this Chinese drama!

The awesome visuals!

Zhang Ruo Yun, you did great in this drama. Thank you! You had me cheering for you all the way to the last episode. You were so believable in the character you played. I wished there were more episodes to see you bring back your brother and sisters plus Jiang Ni played by Teresa Li, she was awesome but I have to talk about the strong women in this drama. The lady in white is what I want to call her, 2nd sister, and the little crazy one Miss Hee Hee these characters and the actress who played them were just awesomely good. The child actor named Finn Han Zhao Xuan Su toward the end, I mean everything that he did was on point, I mean the tricks and his acting (dual character) was on point as well. This kid is only 12 years old! The martial arts, fantasy, man I wish I was born in that kind of life if it could be real. I loved those scenes. The visuals, OMG, I don't know how the producers came up with all of the actors/actresses flying in the air from here, there, and there but it was so tremendously good. The buildings... wow... I was so impressed. The soundtrack had me glued to the TV! Thank you to the writers of this drama, the Sword Snow Stride team (staff) who made it all happen.

Why did Allen Ren and Bai Liu pick this script!

Allen Ren is one of my favorite actors and Bai Liu is one of my favorite actresses. I don't have the slightest idea why the screenwriters wrote this the way they wrote this. I loved how the storyline started but I sense something was wrong when I got to Episode #16. From that point on, it just went downhill for me. I have never rated a Chinese Drama that featured Allen Ren or Bai Liu low., two top leading performers in the same drama that I became disappointed and embarrassed to view but I did and I'm sorry that I did. In the very last episode, the writers tried to clean it up but only for the last few minutes of it. I gave the actors/actresses a 10 rating because they did their best and were excellent in their parts. I will never watch another drama that makes the bad guys win. Kudos go to Allen Ren and Bai Liu for enduring a drama like this.

Wow! I love William Chan in the first place. I feel he is so different from other actors that I have watched and is in my top 5 favorites. It's been a while that I viewed Chan in a drama series. I know he likes humor and his vocals are the best. This type of storyline is perfect for him. I love when he plays a storyline that dramatic, detective-ish, daring, and lots of fighting and romance. His co-main lead Actress Maggie Zhou, I had to grow to like her acting as the drama progressed but in the end, she did excellently great. The storyline was very intriguing, interesting, and I loved it. I loved the martial arts and I'm so glad that the directors, producers, and writers added that women can be just as good. Like I said in other reviews, I love scenes that have powerful women who can fight as well as dance. Thanks to all who made this story come alive. There is one little itch... that was at the ending. It all ended too quickly.

This storyline was different and impeccable from other fantasies. I mean a tree and a human??? AND then there is GROOT! I'm just kidding.

Sally Jing who played Si Teng / Bai Ying did incredibly.
Vin Zhang who played Qin Fang, just 'unbelievable'! What a great actor he has become. He is one of my favorites that's for sure.

The fantasy and the visuals were on point. I couldn't find fault with any of it. The music kept my heart pumping and focused. This is the type of drama you can skip over episodes or you will be going back. The ending has its twist and turns that I threw my shoe at the TV. Nope! I'm not telling y'all the ending.

The one thing about this drama is that you will have to stay focused on every minute of these episodes. If you don't you will be lost and confused like I was at first. I still have to go back and watch Episodes 1-3. I finally caught on with the 4th episode. This was truly a drama but traumatic. If you don't like those types of dramas then I doubt you will like it. When I finally caught on to the storyline it does become a mystery of who did what and when. The writers did great on this storyline. The music was played over and over which was bothersome for me. Otherwise, I loved it!

Kim Hee Sun who played Yoon Tae Yi | Park Sun Young did very well and was very believable in her character.

Joo Won who played Park Jin Gyum was very good at making this character his own, I'm glad he kept up with his storyline!

Kwak Shi Yang who played Yoo Min Hyuk I really loved the way performed the baby daddy. The only thing there was one part that I laughed at when he ran. That's how focused I was on this character. I think the director messed up.

Anyway, enjoy it as I did.
