Watched up to episode 10, that god daughter is so freaking annoying. No one has put her in her place yet and every time I see her on screens I just sigh and my mood tanks. I hope she won't appear in later episodes but I can only hope

As of writing this I’ve watched up until episode 20. What I really noticed was also the cinematography and the beautiful environments of the set. I could feel their care for each other developing. I cared for every character that interacted with FL. Even the “bad” neighbors were portrayed very real that made me root for their maybe eventual redemption. My heart fluttered and ached together with the FL. I could feel her exhaustion and determination. I cant wait for the next one but I also want to savor every scene. Enjoying this drama very much

You make me think like he may not be the same person from her childhood? If that’s the case it will be more interesting. I don’t know anything about the novel so this is just speculation. Thanks for clarifying my confusion lol

Modern drama doesn’t mean they don’t or can’t use green screen. To name a few. I am talking about the England backdrop, and every time they’re in a car you can see from the inside the “outside” isn’t real when driving. There was even a “seam” where it didn’t line up. The view from his office is also Green screen. I wonder if you even watched the same drama. Then again I’m not throwing shade at the drama I’m just pointing out what I noticed. So you can chill out. I still finished watching it.
