Dramacool and all those other websites copy them and upload onto their sites with advertising.
The reason all the episodes are out now is because WeTV China provides them to the VVip members and they get ripped and uploaded onto those streaming sites.

ML in an apron helping his girl in her duties is just the cutest thing ever especially since he looks so out of place.
