OK so this series...man... this series frustrated me so much that it's unbelievable...I had to bite onto something to not scream at them all time as it was midnight. So here goes my rant:
Its official Earth and Boom are actually the only good people in this entire series. Others can rot in hell for all I care because fuck them they did everything to hurt these two. Earth, out of all the guys in this series, is the only guy with morals and knows what is right and what is wrong. He and Boom is the only ones who values friendship and knows what loyalty means unlike others who are fantastic at being cheaters and just sore losers.
I felt so bad when Sam cheated on Earth with Stud and not once but twice! Honestly how could someone cheat on a person like Earth but then I remembered we live in fucked up world where good people are always at loss. Singto is such an amazing actor that I felt his emotions- his anger, sadness, hopelessness and blaming himself that he wasn’t enough probably that’s why Sam cheated which is absolutely NOT TRUE!!!
The one emotion I felt very strongly is betrayal he felt from Sam, Stud and Boyo. He not only loss his 4 years relationship but his long term friendship with Stud and maybe even with Boyo. Thank god at least he have Boom.
And my frustration with Sam...My god... here is the thing at first I understood Sam’s point of view. He is a doctor and we all know being a doctor is not easy so I understood that he couldn’t give as much time as he wanted to Earth and I also understood his insecurities and not being able to tune in with everything that Earth wanted to do together probably due to age gap or thinking gap. At that point I still liked him but when he kissed Stud and later on went home and didn’t tell Earth about it my journey of frustration for him began. But after 2nd time when he cheated again my frustration and hatred for him was all time high. Literally everyone knows Stud is a fuckboy, when he sees something yummy he wants to eat it!! But Sam, he is a matured man, just because he had stupid fight with Earth he decided to meet with Stud and cheat again! Honestly I truly believe he went to meet with Stud with intention of sex.
And of course all hell broke loose when Earth found out but what made my anger and frustration go through the rooftop is Sam’s so-called-apology to Earth for cheating. Honestly who the fuck apologies like that...he apologized as if he broke some china cup not someone's heart!! And not only Sam's apology sucked but he thought that if he did something as lack star as preparing a romantic dinner or going to that stupid swing class will solve the problem then I have to say he maybe an adult but he has a brain of 2 years when it comes to relationships! And when things were not going as he planned he has the audacity to break up with Earth! Just like what Earth said cheater makes the cheated feel guilty! Seeing Sam’s attempts to mend things with Earth I realized it is probably true what Earth said about one-sided love thing!
And I was happy that they broke up (though I wish it was other way around) and now Earth can slowly move on and maybe find a new partner...but no that didn't happen...I frankly thing the director/writer was high when they wrote that Sam and Earth will get together...because how can you forgive the person who showed such less remorse for doing this to you while your friend Stud ,man as much as I hate the dude, I genuinely felt his guilt, his regret for hurting Earth which I didn't felt from Sam at all. Not even 1% but Earth decided to not forgive him like seriously dude? Are you high or something!! Earth forgiving Sam and not Stud really pissed me off...and Sam? he can go in the deepest hell and rot like seriously even if the new season amends Sam' character I will still hate him and wish he and Earth breaks up because once a cheater is always a cheater.
And Stud… that dude is so freaking confusing and frustrating. He says after his mother Earth is the most important person in his life and what he does? “RUINS THAT PERSON’S LIFE JUST LIKE THAT!” without a second thought. I mean how you can do that to the person you care and respect…I don’t get him. And I honestly think even Stud himself doesn’t know what he wants or he knows but doesn’t acknowledges it for some reasons. I am 100% sure he never liked Sam that way. With Earth… I don’t know… I do see some of his glances towards Earth but just like a snap in the next moment it’s gone so I will say there is 50-50 chance that what he did was out of jealousy because he likes Earth. Or maybe he is one of those type of person who wants what others have even though he truly doesn’t want it.
As I said before he is freaking confusing!!!
Honestly what I want in season 2 is for Earth to breakup with that cheater and find someone new but seeing the trailer I guess our options are either Sam or Stud…and without any hesitation I choose Stud. The reason the remorse he showcased and all the things he did to earn Earth’s forgiveness, which Sam, The BOYFRIEND, should have done, made me realize deep down Stud is a good…well better than Sam. Take this with grain of salt but I think Stud will be good if he dates Earth. Like Earth himself said a lot of times that only he can control Stud and I really believe that. And I think Stud and Earth are more compatible in personality, in age and in thinking. So I hope in new season they amends Stud for all his wrong doings.

So we all know that this is based on the movie “Our Times". So for those who didn't see the movie I highly recommend watch it!! You will laugh, love, cry and cry and cry in love!!! This is such a beautiful love story.
Here is brief summary of the movie: The story starts in the Present the lead actress (let’s call her A) works in a company where she is over worked and she never says or stand up to her boss her team mates thinks she is an idiot which she overhears and feel bad because she herself realizes how much she have changed from her past self and not for good and then we dive into the flash back:
The lead actress is 18 and in high school she is your typical student not that good looking and not good at study and of course she has a crush on the popular good boy of her school (let’s call him X) and so is everyone And of course there is popular girl (let’s call her Y) for whom all the boys are thirsty and the bad boy the lead actor (let’s call him B). One day the A saw her crush and bad boy arguing and that is why she decided to take revenge on B by giving him a chain cruse letter which causes him to have car accident. B than commands his followers to find out who sent him the letter and they find A and takes her to B. At first B uses A to do his chores and home works however when both A and B find out they both have crush on X and Y they both decided to help each other but in the end they fall for each other but never tell to each other. Towards the end of their high school B goes abroad for studies and head injury treatment B didn't tell A because A and B were not talking due to a misunderstanding but before leaving he asked X to take care of A and he also gave A a tap with his love confession in a letter and a promise to make A’s favorite singer Andy Liu to sing for her.
In the Present: A is listening to the B’s confession tap again in their secret place. Next day she gives her boss an ultimatum that either to give her, her salary and holiday she deserves or she is going to resign which impresses her co-workers and she also breaks up with her boyfriend who is bloody annoying. Then she tries to buy ticket for Andy Liu’s concert ticket however all the tickets were sold and she was sad but she still went to the concert venue and took a picture with Andy Liu’s picture and then went to nearby café shop where she coincidently met with Andy Liu and took selfies with him and asked for his autograph with her name which is LIN TRULY and coincidently his new hit song is called Truly Madly Deeply. Andy Liu tells her to come his concert and gave a staff member number who will give her a free pass to attend the concert. When the time for the concert comes she calls that number and tells her name, a guy from behind say “Didn’t I say I will make Andy Liu sing for you” something along those line. The guy turns out to be B. So basically B came back and started to work for Andy Liu to make his promise to A fulfill and their love story inspired Andy Liu to write the song Truly Madly Deeply. They both happily tear up after all they met after probably 10 to 15 years later. And the end.
The movie is beautiful and so innocent and not your typical angst type. Yes I agree the ending could have been extended a little bit more but I am still happy with it. The reunion will make you cry or at least tear you up and I am sure Make our days count will add their own sweet ending so I am not worried. So many cute things happen but obviously I can’t write everything but if Make our days count is exactly like Our Times movie be ready to laugh and cry at the same time.
