I did. I am thinking how to respond it. I kinda agree with your assumptions. The ending we got was a good ending, not the best one for me. I always thought what alternative ways could be these two to end up together. Him being a war machine and throne threat and her being engaged to the crown prince, it will never work out that way, but the death is not a option. The best solution I would go is that they leaving everything behind and running away from their Kingdom to Nanxiao. So, Mr Huan's Long Kong Academy will be the best place to settle down.

Yes, it will. This drama is way better than GMP for me. It has 24 eps, not drag or rush. It's even more better there's modern sequel coming up next.

It is so worth watching. This is the masterpiece for me in every aspects. Don't worry about sad ending, there's modern sequel, forever and ever coming up next. It will have happy ending.
