The fact that this drama is unfairly underrated bothers me because I have personally enjoyed it! I was never bored while watching this drama. On the contrary, I was interested to know what would happen next and watched episode after episode. I was astonished by the acting and directing work! The Japanese vibe that director Yukisada Isao brought to this drama was truly amazing - it's both unusual and cool at the same time! The music was also a delight to me! My rating is 10 out of 10! I highly recommend the drama! This drama deserves more love, so let's give it more!
I really liked this drama and now I wish they would make a Korean version of this drama (I would especially like to see the duo Kim Seo Hyung and Kim Hye Yoon in the lead roles).

These days I'm rewatching this drama at third time (first time was in 2019 and second was in 2021). When I watched this drama for the first time, I compared it with the Japanese version that I watched first and I liked the Korean version less at that time and my rating for this drama was 7/10. But now that I'm rewatching the Korean version at the moment, I like it a lot and have become a favorite along with the Japanese original. My mistake was that I was comparing which version is better and which is worse instead of treating both dramas as two separate works. Both Japanese and Korean versions are good in their own way. Now my rating of the Korean "Mother" is 10/10!

I just have finished watching this drama and it was good, I liked it! The plot was interesting, but it has differents from Japenese original or Korean remake. The acting was also well. My rating is 8.5/10.
7,0/10 - Good drama, but I didn't get so much emotions watching Korean remake as I did with Japanese original. Maybe it's cause Korean remake doesn't have some touching scenes there were in Japanese original (I don't mean such scenes there are no in Kdrama, they there are, but not so touching for me personlly). Even though, Korean version has a good storyline too, but Japanese drama is still on the first place for me.
The best drama I've ever seen! Also I've seen Korean remake and currently I've been watching Chinese version and in the future I wanna watch Thai lakorn too. However, I prefer Japanese original story. The acting was amazing! I got a lot of emotions watching this. This drama is real masterpiece and it's on the first place for me! I really love it! 10/10
