Definitely give it a try!

Finished this. It is quite a pity that it didn't come out at the theatre during the olympic but afterward it did. I finished it and highly recommend this movie. Meng Meiqi's acting definitely improved on this movie versus her other ones. This movie showcased her capabilities and emotions and hard work she put into this movie. Her interpretation of the character was not bad, not perfect, but definitely not bad. She is quite new to acting, but she definitely acted well and was full of emotions. This is not a romance movie so don't expect any romance. It is mainly of the sport of how she came to be the top going through a tough time in life esp her father passing during her competition it makes you reflect on life of how much loved ones we've lost and yet life continue, and you couldn't turn back time.

Before you judge, I'd say give this movie a chance. It wasn't disappointing or a waste of time.

Highly recommended but cannot be narrow minded

This drama finally aired and I was so happy! Although I know they could be better and I wish that it will follow the novel unfortunately he didn’t follow the novel. Even though it didn’t follow the novel, I still like the drama very much. The acting was good the soundtrack was catchy and I love the costumes. The story line was slow but did not drag. I am so glad that the Female lead is not annoying. I cried watching the part when her master was beheaded it is very touching although it’s silly, The emotion and sad scene still deliver perfectly. I highly recommend it but do not expect the drama to follow or to be like the novel. ❤️❤️❤️

If you like sweetness then I’d say this is it!!! I actually got into it later in the episodes so to me it’s fine. I’m warming up to it but I gotta say the cameraman has bad angle so it does not help their acting skills. If camera angle was better I’d say will be better :) but overall I love it not just because I’m a fan of Yukee. Alan was alright his acting I find it hard to watch him act but it’s probably how he really is. I wish he would have a different personality from his previous dramas though... he is really pretty though his back needs to loosen up. At this point whoever acted with him cannot do it any better than Yukee
