Initially I was hoping for XZ’s character to have martial arts that was before it aired but now I feel it wouldn’t have been as fun as it is now. If he knew martial arts it was a matter of easily slicing off his enemies but damn I’m enjoying this game of brains and psychology going on here. It is so good to see how ML slowly creeps in into the comfortable zone of his enemies and doesn’t just kill them off but slowly plans their fall. This is soo good.

This has to be one of the best revenge dramas I’ve ever watched. 10000000000% perfect in every story.. Most of these stories easily dive mid way but this one is insanely peaking🥳🥳Every episode is better than the other. Fantastic job

I love Zang Hai expression in the court in ep 26. He was like “what’s this family court issue?” then he went to” Oh its serving my purpose”

That Youlou furen should’ve first seen how the world she planned to destroy was flourishing and maybe they should’ve gone ahead to cut her ears off because she doesn’t listen and also dig out her eyes because she literary is blind from all corners. I’m not happy with how easily she got away with her plots when Wei liang had to pay for it with his life. Anyways it was a fantastic drama and indeed worth the long wait.

I was wondering where the scenes of them looking for different places and coming across a hut and water puddle came from.. it is exactly what happened in My Heroic Husband.. I then checked and realized both dramas have the same director.

I just convinced an Officemate to watch this drama just from narrating to him the massacre scenario and how it made me cry and how ZH plans his revenge..just from the narrationnyou can tell its a masterpiece and the quality of the production is top notch.. well directed and story well told.. Visuals 10000% ..I’m not a fan of revenge-themed plots but definitely in a few I’ve watched this is definitely on the run to be a masterpiece. Excellent job to all the actors and actresses especially Xiao Zhan. Beautiful expression of emotions.👍👍👍
