Title Intolerance Spoiler
I don't understand why that boy was so obsessed with Soeda, while talking about him behind his back. He could work for the nice bald guy. I was thinking that he might have been his kid from mistress or something, but the movie never told it. Cougar from the store felt also as unnecessary filler without any closure. It had potential, but in the end nothing really happens in this movie.

I want to know more about Takayanagi's past. His teacher, who chose the dark side and became pedo-yakuza, all this heavy stuff, which was only briefly mentioned (including failed marriage). He clearly carries heavy burden.

I don't understand how the math teacher ended up with a guy, who is on completely different waves. She doesn't even care about him and constantly spends time with a high schooler. In healthy environment without corrupted adults she could be the real villain here.

This is another drama after Lost when it happens. In both cases female protagonist starts with someone with 0 chemistry and does everything else, but completely ignores partner, despite his efforts. In both dramas partners are mama's boy and it totally doesn't make sense those two even hooked up together in the first place. Although Lost is heavy drama about depression, while Melancholia themes are typical corrupt Korean politics at school + protagonists fighting against system + math, but in those parts I had completely no idea what they were talking about, anyway.

Was drama adapted from No Longer Human(Novel)? Do you have information?
I highly doubt it. There's female protagonist here, meanwhile male protagonist is not spoiled asshole like Dazai was.

Very unrealistic and over the top, but still fun. Korean Fast and Furious + Daredevil/Punisher. Interesting arcade and 80ties themes.

I hate people like the prosecutor. Thinks she's the only one who has right. Just another lawful good hypocrite. She would sacrifice countless innocent victims in the name of so called justice. Like justice is some god, who everyone has to follow. It's just another artificial and imperfect system made by man. The only reason it's above other beliefs is brute force of national support. You don't follow you are chased by police and army. It's nothing but violent and abuse act against individual. As long you can force your will on others you're the one who has right, it's only matter of power.

Last episodes felt unnatural, unnecessary and stupid. I also don't understand how the curly guy could change his hairstyle on the run or how the CEO of Rainbow suddenly recovered his eye.

interesting but very unrealistic I think
Unfortunately most Japanese dramas lack realism, so this is nothing unexpected. WOWOW is toned down comparing to others anyway.

I just hope I never meet someone like Yuri....you have to be so unlucky for something like that to happen to you.…
Well, basic assertiveness protects you from it. Just don't be pushover like Mayuko and you are safe.

Her friend is so annoying, i wanna punch her face when i watch her scenes. But drama contains a little bit thriller…
It's her own fault that she lets herself to be so easily manipulated. It's her who is most annoying. Adultery with old geezer for career, letting stay so long at home barely known person, etc.

I just don't understand why she wanted money from the novelist. At some point she seemed very desperate to get some compensation, so I thought that something deeper is going on in the background, but in the end it hasn't been clarified.

1) Yes, although it's more complex than "being lonely."2) She isn't mentally ill per se, she's just super excessive,…
I wonder if her boyfriend was made up as well, because the guy totally ignored her and said like whatever when she came to break up.

Horrible story about horrible people and their horrible decisions. Maybe because it's based on manga, characters lacked realistic portrayal. Their behavior and personalities were so irrational.

It's very difficult to watch this dorama, the main character is the worst human being I've met ever ^^;;;
What? He has passion, can drive, helps his niece, sometimes does something for his mother, has good social skills. He is much more capable than any typical neet.

Some Breaking Bad vibes. Painful to watch at times, because of so much torment on the screen. However, for me ending it with 6th episode just before last few minutes would be perfect. Additional 10 episodes feel unnecessary.

Bit naive, but nice drama. It took 5 episodes for Eun Su to introduce herself, it felt strange that they are hanging out without knowing her name. I also don't understand why Kang Ji didn't know it's the same person from the past who was in prison 10 years ago, she didn't even change her name. But the biggest mystery to me is from where Eun Su takes money. She can pay rent, buy clothes and pretty much afford anything. Maybe the former secretary gave her something as apology?

Ba Reum is clumsy and slacks entire days hanging out with grandmother and the girl. He lacks any fighting abilities.…
Indeed it had. I didn't like the turn out of events, seemed like forced and manipulative direction instead of natural turn of events, but it was okay. Still I think it's overrated, not much, but 8.7/10 is very high rating, almost masterpiece level, which that dramas is not.

Ba Reum is clumsy and slacks entire days hanging out with grandmother and the girl. He lacks any fighting abilities. I don't know how he became policeman and how he can continue to hold his job, but for a country with military service he's too soft as a man in the first place, not to mention as a policeman.

Yeah the show has many characters and it’s a mystery so of course it’s confusing. In the end though, everything…
Random from the police perspective of course, as someone from the crowd just barges in and takes suspect among so many policemen seems very far-fetched just for the sake of scenario. It's cool scene itself, just very unrealistic.

If it's explained later okay, but it seemed very unnecessary. The guy was killing one person per act and suddenly randomly takes on entire family. So many years of getting away just to be busted like that, just before his kid is born. I think it should take more time and progress naturally. Especially with his kid. Suddenly he starts killing animals and family, despite he didn't do anything major before. Things escalate too fast. I would prefer one or at least half episode more depicting of his life. Sure he gets beaten and ostracized, but it's not the first time. So many years passed and nobody even send him to specialists, especially if mother knew about his genes? The only sign that someone taught him to behave in society is that scratching.

Many characters, confusing beginnings, but above all - very unrealistic first episode. Killing 4 accidental people at once was risky and unnecessary. Random guy from outside gets into police station and takes the prime suspect, shutting him in interrogation room. I saw many incompetent police in Korean cinema, but this is something else. Besides very theatrical dialogues. Hardly anything feels natural.
