Just theory. Maybe he could have turned into an Angel? Hints: - close up on the cross at his neck, when he goes out the flames. - the vilain calling himself the devil, and have the demon book. - episode title "breaking the shell" like an eclosion in something else. - inversion of elements, Water then Fire (purificating fire). - symbolism, water first for baptism, then fire to purify sins (religious confirmation).
The most unpredictable and saddest death was of Lee Do Hyun. A model who has no problems, scandals, etc. going…
In this, Ji Soo death is more sad. And the assistant says her neck is broken in a horrible way. Why this death? I think it's because of what happens before in the night club, when Do Hyun is dead drunk and speaks with the bad guy. Somehow, the bad guy took that as an insult and killed him for that. +He was waiting to meet him for some contract about modeling?
Yep. It's why I was thinking maybe they were Angel and Demon. But for now, my theory about that's going nowhere. Hey!
I found other stuff. Well I should comment on BOD instead of here: I think Seok Min asked his son to kill Do Hee. So he sacrified his son (maybe it wasn't his intention, but it's the result). Kind of Abraham sacrifice but in the devil way, as no God save his son.
Yeah, here I am wondering why this drama scored so high, nothing there catch me in. I liked the actor who plays…
I didn't watched Doom at Your Service. I was expecting something slow and boring, Goblin's like but not as good. Maybe I shouldn't have started My Demon, but I like the two leads, and the writer was funny with MrQueen.
I think it's because maybe it also has more conversations so it happens sometimes you might get bored
No I'm ok with dialogs. But these ones were a bit the expected, and scenes slow and repeatitives. Well, nothing much happening.
I enjoyed many little things despite the boredom. Some scene transitions (the Rat, then the hair of the sister).
The dice 4 + 4 (with 5+5 on the side). After Gu Won challenge, dice 1 + 1 (4 + 4 on side) As 5 - 4 = 1 + Enstein reference "God doesn't play dice".
Inversion of Salt and Sugar for the cake. Cake being symbol of victory for Gu Won. Then, inversion of Water and Fire for the tatoo. (going for victory)
1. They each died to save the other at the exact same time, so they both lived and were healed.2. Seok Hoon is…
Ep 10 is about sacrifice all the way. Ga Young give poison to Do Hee, will she sacrify herself for Gu Won? And he's ready to sacrify himself too. Makes it true when going into the flames. So my guess is that: Seok Min ordered his son to kill Do Hee. But he dies in the process. He sacrified his own son in the end (maybe he doesn't know it yet). Anyway he says "mother, I became the devil you wanted". It's also a biblical reference to the story of Abraham, but in a demonic way, as no God stop him for the sacrifice.

My guess is that: And hobo-god-woman says it (last scenes) "people have the life of someone else more important than them". Well not exactly that but the meaning.
Ep1: Do Hee want to go out of the river, but change her mind. She dives to save Gu Won. What is risky, she's out of breath. So she get the tatoo: sacrifice to save someone else life.
Ep10: the same in reverse. Gu Won goes into the fire, risks his life to save her, so he gets back the tatoo. Notice the symbolic is inverted too. From water to fire.
As a bonus: Ga Hyoung or Seok-Hoon don't enter the fire to save him or her.
Hints:

Just watch dramas with good directing and compare.
Some ideas: Death's game, Reborn Rich, The Glory.
Even older dramas: IRIS (2009)
Also compare how is made Goblin and My Demon. Nothing in common.
Finaly just look at the name of the directors.
Goblin director is this guy:
https://mydramalist.com/people/16030-lee-eung-bok
See all the dramas he made? And many hits.
My Demon director is this guy:

I don't see any budget in the cinematography.
Normal, airing has ended. But it was during the week it aired.

+ more tricks like that.
And on the 1 + 1 score, dice sides are 4 + 4.
