Hoo boy, I'm glad I didn't read any reviews before I started this drama. Just looking at this comment section…
Agreed with everything you just said about acting, cgi, Angelababy, the second half and about Yet Hua! I have watched many historical cdramas but dropped in between but this one had me hooked. Although it was dragged so long in between.
I find cdramas absurd and unrealistic most of the times but I have accepted it and learned to enjoy cdramas for what it is. But I find most of the FL in Chinese drama are cheerful and headstrong and plain stupid. There was no such thing in this cdrama.

They are playing 17 year olds tho :DTheir real age has nothing to do with kisses in the drama
Lol why not. They're old enough to be comfortable doing many kiss scenes. If they were actually 17 year olds I wouldn't expect more than a kiss or two.

I really hope BK has a happy ending too. But not w Dan Oh. The writer is too cruel. It breaks my heart every time the stage ends and he turns back to Dan Oh to apologise

I will start to watch this drama, i am bit hesitated, is it worth to watch??
The best drama of 2019 imo.
The acting and script is really good! Not a fan of teen dramas but this had us all hooked.
You're missing out a lot! Do watch it.
