The beginning was solid but toward the end it got a bit draggy, maybe it’s just me. I see this happens with quite a few kdramas where they start strong but toward the end the plot slips, overall this series was pretty great, and I hope there’s a s2
This show is thriller, horror and sci-fi all in one … if this is anything like Alien or Dead Space, this show is gonna be hella good, absolutely cannot wait for this
So glad I’m not the only one who thinks this way about Kim Eun Sook: Goblin & TKEM did nothing for me, some of her dramas are pretty good, but not all. I think I’m not a fan of her writing because almost ever drama she’s written, at least one character is the same, and that’s a BIG no no in the writing world, you want to create characters where you feel for them, fight for them, and follow them on their developmental journey, with her works? I don’t see a lot of that, but I’m not hating her writing entirely (lots of people in this feed are lol) I just think she has so many ideas jumbled at once, she doesn’t know what to do with them and she needs to take time to flesh out her characters and properly pace her writing where there isn’t so much filler, but plot carefully so viewers can follow and not feel like an hour episode feels like two hours lol. I wanna be a screenwriter for kdramas in the future and I think I can learn a thing or two from Sook of what to do well … and what not to do lol ….
Great article!
