With JJL series starting out automatically with her trying to survive with a fake identity it automatically remind me of Wei young.
The struggles youth goes through, but Go Ahead deals with a more complex family structure, Record of Youth is a bit more light-hearted.
It might be because I just finished both of them around the same time but I often thought their similarities how both are struggle of youth and it is heart warming.
If you like love stories that start after marriage, this is it for you! RB has more cuteness more chemistry between the leads.
After watching Rebel Princess, I kept thinking of the chemistry between the leads in The Rise of the Phoenixes. A lot of emperor court politics. Both are great drama that keeps you on edge wondering what's next but RP does a better job on the next plots and storyline.
Both FL are strong and smart
Both ML adores and loves their wife, even though they stand out as different a rash
Great chemistry between the leads
There is a lot of politics within a household and the emperor court.

Every time I think of the chemistry between the lead it often leads me back to to rise of the phonenix. This mutual understand and conspiracy they do to get what they want. The only difference is the ML in rising in the phoenixes plays as a crazy guy but so passionate. The guy in snow tower often had to keep his feelings in check.
These two drama has this mature and super heartwarming feel to it. I like the consistency of how the characters are and how they are level headed with their emotions especially the relationships between both leads. Plus I love both male leads!
With the second arc, the phoenix mother and dragon father just reminds me very much so of Ashes of love.
Tomb raiding, mysteries with a great cast! The only difference is that Eagles and youngsters use facts and science to prove the mystery.
Both are very similar in the way that their love blossom after marriage. They both have a very loving and endearing husband who dotes on them. Both female leads are smart, great and managing the household that they married into. The only difference is I love the male lead in Ming Lan because he so headstrong and doesn't care about what other thinks :D
The love between the leads reminds me of the gentle and kind love that show between the main leads in Maiden Holmes.
