I agree but I'm being indulgent because it's only their 2nd series and they're teenagers. There's not much they can give them to play for now. We've seen some adult pairings play the same characters fo years.
I'll be less understanding for their next project.

As usual, Victor in a series = Victor is the bad guy.

They be showing everyone and everything but the main couple 🙄. Too bad cause they're cute and have great chemistry. They really complement each other. I hope they'll have another series together.
Look, I love me some GL but in this series the girls are quite boring and I don't feel the chemistry at all.

Sometimes he knows she's scheming and goes with the flow to catch the bad guys but others time he's blindsided by it. She never apologizes.
They had sex several times, people know their together, he calls himself her husband but she never makes them official. I don't even remember if she ever said "I love you".
Don't get me wrong, she's here for him when needed, we know she loves him but she has this whole "I'm your untouchable boss" attitude even with him and barely reciprocates the tenderness he gives her. Weird couple.

You're not wrong. They wasted time with the vilain prince, his weird revenged plot, the stupid princess and the storm alliance arc. Honestly the series should have been 25 to 30 episodes. Easy.

Not interested in idol storylines and the 15min doesn't help.

Didn't care about the 2nd ML and the princess' predicament but the series was really entertaining thanks to the first couple and their acting and the fights quality (there were quite epic moments).

I understood nothing of the trailer but I'll watch it.

I love Neo but this series was quite disappointing. It started really well though. I love strong female leads and "Noona romance" with a soft ML.
However, I got annoyed at the FL as the storyline progressed because she barely softened to the ML, she kept scheming behind his back while he was entirely devoted to her, she stayed cold and aloof until the end. I understand her position as the Queen of the Rong family but I wanted her to softened and show her grandma she was wrong to be cruel to men. At the end, the romance was minimal so I didn't get why the ML was so enamoured with her.

Another issue I had was the never ending suitor competition arc. They took too long to remove some characters that were clearly bad guys and logically couldn't be seen as good suitors to Shangbao. They kept them for the drama but it didn't make sense.

I don't remember that line; I remember him saying "Gaysorn is in love with me" when explaning why Gaysorn "release" his scent.
Anyway, I might be as naive as Gaysorn then 🤣

Gaysorn's dad got pushed down the stairs. We can assume he died.
Scent's dad did want to produce the perfume but after killing Gaysorn's dad I believe he's feeling guilty.
The series was never branded as a mystery. It's more about fantasy romance, hidden agenda and how they'll deal with the uncle.
Sorry the series didn't meet your expectations.

Look, Scent is a jerk but it's clear he likes Gaysorn. He was attracted to him from the start. He didn't have to flirt with him to bring him to Bangkok since Gaysorn already wanted to follow him. Scent could just have played the friend and mentor role to obtain what he wants. What's ugly is that he does like Gaysorn but still choose to use him. That makes him awful.

Gaysorn to Scent : I trust you.
Me : No you don't want to. He only has dirty thoughts : to fuck you and steal your sweat. Wake up!
