It seems we will not agree, As what I saw Thana was not active at all, all was done by the young guy. I believe Thana didn't push as he was under the smoking, was new for him. All as result of non communication between Dr Patis and Thana.

Yes I check and don't see it, take in account Dr Patis was regular for drinking wine but Thana was new to those cigarettes he didn't control himself. he shouldn't have smoke... The most important is the young guy was the active in the process. it seems we saw different clips...

Sorry but the boy gave him smoke and attack Thana who was passive the cigarette (not regular cigarette) and his situation with hius b/f make him weak he didn't kiss back he should push him but may be the boy knew what to give Thans to smoke as for Thana it is new (2nd time) and it affect more than one who regular to it. Basical dr Patis didn't communicate as they should if tgey did the situation would be different.(I saw uncut on gaga don't count on cut version,,
