Just 2 Bros completeing Missions and Meeting Fans.

I saw this on Netflix and thought why not watch it. As someone who is new to watching Korean and Taiwanese drama's, I am quite selective with the dramas I do watch and unfortunately haven't watched a Lee Seunggi show or a Jasper Liu show.

This was such fun to watch and it automatically made me a fan of both guys, I've never even watched a show with either of them but now it's high up on my priority list to watch a Seunggi drama and a Jasper drama.
Seeing them grow as friends throughout the show was such fun to watch and you can see them go from just being friends to being like brothers to each other.

In an episode where they put against each other, it was hilarious to watch them both try and cheat against each other and throughout the show, Seunggi as a veteran Variety Show person is guiding Jasper and teaching him tricks and just the friendship between them is amazingly cute.

Did I know I needed this in my life? No.
Am I happy I've watched it? Yes.
Would I rewatch it? Absolutely.

The story evolves as the show goes on, nothing is as straight forward as it seems. It is very satisfying to see story plots and ideas shown in the early episodes come to fruition in the later episodes. Everything comes full circle, things that may have been dismissed in previous episodes as not that important comes to be important in later episodes.

The acting by every single person in this show is amazing. From Goblin we already know that Kim Go Eun is a fantastic actress but she is absolutely brilliant as Jeong Tae Eul in King.

As Lee Min Ho's come back drama after being in the military, this was a great show to showcase his acting skills, in the heartbreaking moments, you cry with him and in the more light-hearted scenes you laugh and just want nothing but happiness for his character Lee Gon.

Woo Do Hwan as both Jo Yeong and Jo Eun Sop, was amazing, before this, I had only seen him in The Great Seducer, in which he was amazing but he truly shines in the double role here. Absolutely deserves all the praise he is getting and I am now going to look into more of his dramas.

The First Historical Drama You Should Watch

I don't really write reviews but I loved this drama so much that I just had to for this drama. Since I started watching drama's I've avoided watching Historical dramas but I decided to watch this on a whim. Definitely do not regret that.

The story is so well put together, everything comes together, it is worth watching if you've never watched a historical drama. There is romance and comedy that will have you laughing out loud, the side characters are some of my favourites and even the villains are wonderfully done.

Reminisce your own school days.

I just finished this show. I definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it.
However there were some issues atleast in my opinion with the show. I see a lot of comparisons with A Love So Beautiful. While I agree with them, there is a lot different with this show as well. And if anyone goes into this show expecting it to be very similar, we'll you'll be surprised to say the least. While there are similarities, there are more difference between the shows. ALSB shows them go through school then college and the final episodes focus on life after. With You is mainly set in High School, the final 2 episodes focus on life after, there is no progression to College and the experience there, the ending of the show felt very rushed and I'm generally not a big fan of open Endings so that also annoyed me.
Second Lead Syndrome will happen without a doubt in this show.
As a romantic, there isn't really much in terms of romance, like you as the audience know the main characters like each other, but they don't kiss until the final episode and even then its an emotional scene and well it left a lot to be desired.

A fun and cute drama, there is no unnecessary plot twists or the like. It's a hilarious, fluffy, rom-com drama, there might've been some stupidity from the characters but it's not to the point where it makes the drama annoying to watch. The chemistry between the leads is especially quite good, the chemistry between the whole cast is also very good. Unlike other College drama's there is not much of a villain or mean girl character type that creates unneeded situations, therefore it is a straightforward, enjoyable mini-series.
