I am trying to understand what is about to happen in episode 11 because the good bye scene in ep10 with Rain and Phayu hugging seems like a final goodbye, there was not much dialogue just slow shots of them and the dad looking at kim getting into the van. I think Kim is sensing something is not right with that lady also she just showed up that she is going that way and wanted a ride. She is setting them up and want to take the business away or something but it did not show anything about the company so it will be a surprise what will happen at the house they are travelling to. Another thing I don't get in the 2nd break scene when Rain appeared in the shower and kissed Phayu then it cut and Phayu appeared on the beach looking at Rain laying down on sand appeared like they made out but was all that a dream? Shun noticed it too and went to cry :( but something is still not adding up. Cause Phayu woke up in his bedroom reaching for Rain but only a pillow, what was he dreaming or did Rain get up early and he joined him for the run. When Kim was on the beach after he finished talking to Sun, he woke up from a dream so it's very puzzling whats going on there.
The writing and directing of many parts of this show is not continued properly and it's hard to read whats going on also the slow almost freeze moments with little and no dialogue is dragging. There was not any scene of them getting back from the camping trip so was part of it a dream? I was hoping for the main leads story to develope more as it's already 10 episodes. They dash in the steamy scenes of Rain and Phayu to intice us but it's not the main story of this show which in dissapointing. I can't recall many dramas side couples outshine main couples , this is definately one of them. It should be a balance as the story unfolds. Maybe it's on purpose to introduce another bl couple for their own drama series cause Noh & Peterpan have alot of chemistry so will see for their next projects.
Blame it on the Writer, Director & Casting Team, cause the side couple (Rain & Phayu) are stealing the show. I had to put on my specs cause I thought I was seeing doubles lol. Great episode, now the wait.
Currently on the last episode and I don't want it to end... Does anyone else have trouble finishing dramas bc…
@daebakaddict I was like you when I watched it for the first time, I never wanted it to end and I still listen to the OST on my playlist especially 'Perhaps Love' two versions of it. This song is how I discovered Eric Nam with his version and went to his 'There and Back Tour Concert' earlier this year in LA, crazy right?
There was alot of cuteness in ep4 especially the Camp scenes with Cake & Eiw until Cake mentioned Rin, but I totally understand, damn Eiw made me get teary for the first time in this drama. Him finding out about his true feelings after watching the movie and I think his sister already know, but wanted to check in with him. Just have to wait for Ep5 which looks promising.
Binged 6 ep of this drama overnight and my eyes are sore lol, but I enjoyed it alot, after some shut eye I'm going to finish the last 2 episodes. I first watch Lee Hyun Ho in She Would Never Know, then loved him in Mine, but I fell inlove with him in Remarriage & Desires, his eyes were so engaged with his character.
First time I laid my eyes on you "She Would Never Know" Then I thought you could be " Mine" This summer I Fell in love with you, so lets "Remarriage & Desires"
Rain & Phayu screentime got longer!!! If the towel could talk, I'm wondering what would it say lol, Is the answer to the towel scene at Phayu curled toes in the shower hahaha,
I see some people disliking Earth's character, and just my 2 cents about it. Seeiw is in love with Cake and does…
@sleepyhead I agree with you 100%, your comment sums up Eiw's feelings for Cake. Also when Ta asked Cake if him and Eiw are very close in ep3, he did not hesitate to say they are very close, not only his friend but also a brother and his other half which means Cake already knows the value of Eiw's friendship as the most important person in his life but at that age, Cake is exploring with Rin. which Eiw is not happy about because he feels that Rin is going to take his best friend away from him started to do the same, In flasback scene of young Eiw he asked Cake's sister if she is going to take Cake away from him so that is how he feel that Rin is taking his best friend away. He doesn't feel like that with the other guys, just Rin. We just have to wait it out, hopefully by ep 6, On that note I'm gone to rewatch ep3.
Same here! I still get sick if I walk in the rain and worst if i don't dry my hair right away, Also loved the…
Eiw scene when he passed out is realistic, when you are already sick and only had a loaf and then run will sure to make you fall or even faint. I am anemic and use to struggle with it until I got older and stop taking things for granted and start eating the right food groups. Enjoy the series much!!
Oh man this episode hit close to home with me :c growing up i usually only had one or two close friends, and my…

Same! It reminded me a lot of my childhood as well c: I would really love for people to stop hate watching and…
@Courtzphoto Easy as that, I don't understand their reason to spread negativity, I will continue to support this beautiful content they made with alot of love. I am so invested in this story, I went back and rewatch from ep 1 :)
After watching ep3 I couldn't help noticed the Calender on the opening, and just realized they circle all the dates each episode was aired, so cute. Also the Cinematography on the 1st episode opening scene had no cuts until Eiw went into Cake's room, it's a 90's film style and very artistic. Ep3 brought back memories and I understand Seeiw's character even more. The story is developing and there is no back story or trauma, just a beautiful slice of life from the 90s. For the viewers that want to have their own narratives, you can't re-write or direct what is already set in stone. If you don't like Eiw's character or any of the actors characters, you should move on or just wait for the series to end so you can see the episodes where they are more grown. I love these early stages in dramas before it reaches fruitation. It took me back to my childhood days with my best friend(s). How we use to go to school together, hang out after school and go home together and sometime have sleep overs. So relatable! I really don't understand the need for people to write something negative about this drama on the actors while you can't do half the job they do, appreciate the content this production went through months of pre production and post to bring us this beautiful story. If all you can do is complain and write bad things about the actors especially Eiw. Move on and stop spreading hate.
Oh-aew only loved Teh and his feelings never changed and that is why it hurts so much and even then he still took him back. I think I cried each time they both cried and my eyes started to hurt me, Such good acting to touch the audience. I would watch again and again after I rewatch ITSAY.
If it wasn't for one of the comments here I would have forgotten I needed to watch this Drama, I have binged up to 4 episodes overnight but was so worth it. These two lead actors have something special about them, they made me go through so many emotions. They understand how to execute a well written story, I will watch I Promised You The Moon after a good shut eye! Just Wow!!!!
When I started watching this drama a day ago, now caught up to ep 8, I knew what Ohm character (khim) would be like as it's in the synopsis. I have watched a couple of Ohm/Fluke dramas and usually their chemistry is felt, but this drama is not coming to that yet at ep 8. I don't understand why Sun kept falling along with the apples all over the place. He has a heart problem and he never visit the doctor and only eat apples to regain his strength. I think it will get worst but I hope it won't be too late to get proper treatment. I love Sun's Hair on the poster under the sleeping bag but it is a bad hair cut and style in the show. Khim & his Dad's dialogue are almost the same every time they talk, duty before freedom. Is this an order, be like your brother and how many time is the dad gonna mention about his death. You have 2 sons and only praise one which is sad.
Rain (Noh) keeps me watching! After watching the first episode, I was suddenly drawn to the actor Noh that plays Rain, he has this persona that no matter who he is next to can easily fall for him. He can be shipped with anyone for a hot 3 minutes! He understands the art in acting. His body language, voice projection and gestures are so captivating especially when he stop and stair infront of Phayu. I live for all their screen time!!!
This is a slow pace drama but a lovely filing to watch if you are waiting on another drama, I thought I would be bored of watching and I never skipped any scenes and never would have thought I would like this Drama so much with it's flaws. I would't have discovered Noh (Rain).
