I'm not surprise of the low rating. You're setting yourself up for failure from the start when the action isn't even close to the original and when you use an unknown cast to replace an A-category cast. Photography is mediocre; costumes are standard. Overall, the drama lacks energy, with very little to look forward to, not like the original Princess Agent. The female lead lacks the ability and experience to pull off surprises as Zhao Liying. The male lead, although he's acted in a few good dramas, wasn't experienced enough to replace Lin Gengxin. The actor who played Yan Xun was quite flat with no energy. Very disappointed with the sequel.
