On the contrary, the risk he take is the wrong risk. If he is not reported, this will give a wrong message to the wider audience that fraud is okay as long as the intention is right. "I am sorry I have to steal because I am hungry." "I hit him because he make me angry". He is a shady man, doing trick, causing losses to shareholder.. how can that be right? This is not simply 'ideal', this is profession ethic.

This is exactly my sentiment. People seems to forget the legality of that matter. No matter how nobility the intention, this is embezzlement and fraud. Romanticizing this act doesn't make it right.

I don't think it is only Su Xiao that make it black and white. Everything here is black and white:
- Yinghai owning Tian Ke is black and white
- HLL and XM being "EMPLOYEE" of Tian Ke is black and white
- What XM is doing defrauding the shareholder is black and white
- Su Xiao has to report Xia Ming is also black and white

I know the writer trying to make his act justifiable by giving some back story - like what Su XIao said, doing it doesnt make it right.

I also know it is a corporate world full of shark. But, that is corporate world, it is the same everywhere and you are living day by day not to succumb or selling your soul to join the parade. That kind of mindset justifying all the criminal, money launderer, fraudster in the world.

If everyone justifying HLL and XM "hardwork" to build TianKe, well, that is their job that is in their job desk and align with their pay grade as CEO and CFO of a subsidiary company. Their vision not in line with the group's, then they shouldn't work for the group. Don't forget in starting and operating company there are 2 aspects: Capital Injection & Talent

Capital Injection defined the ownership. Talent can be replaced. Either they should properly negotiate this before they set up Tian Ke or 'unfortunately' they have to bear to live the consequences to give their hardwork to legal shareholder. THey can either live as employee, or try to buy out the company. Defrauding is clear black and white wrong.

Different genre, shouldn't be compared apple to orange. I am watching CC right now and it's truly brutal. It can reach many more viewers, male, female, old young. While YAMG mostly female audience. I can see it popular only from 20-40s female audience mostly. 3.5bn is a success story on its own.

If I were her, I won't help XM. Another unethical scheme by XM. SX should break ties with this toxic man. In total, this is the third time Xia Ming tried to fool and use SuXIao for his own benefit. Like what XiaMing has said, they should separate between personal and professional life.

What XiaMing is doing is not just a mismanagement but literally trying to defrauding the shareholder. This can be sued in the eye of the law. As long as XiaMing work for TianKe which legally owned by YingHai, no matter who raise that company, he is legally bound to do it for the benefit of YingHai. Likewise, as long as SuXiao still work for (and receive) salary by YingHai, she should work for the interest of YingHai. As long as the work is in line with the law, no fraud, no money laundering, they are legally bound to work for the interest of YingHai.

Watching them vote is kind of watching presidential election. At the end, she is able to swing 3 votes.. It is too obvious if they dont pick her.. there is something plotted against her.

I love how the receptionist always see the real Su Xiao not the one plastered by the gossip. And I love she always have a vision to pick the right people. It was Lu ZhenMing and now XiaoMei and XuFeng.

At the end of the day, she show perseverance without the need to compromise her ethic. I am so glad she start to pick up the game in a proper way.

I admit she can be pretty bias at times. But people's taste are different, every reviewer has their own favorite. :)

I currently only follow Marcus and AvenueX for CDrama update and recommendation. Marcus (maybe because he is a guy) watch YAMG and has positive review but he recommend more on The Ideal City (which I also following).

looking at her squeaking.. i feel like i am listening to myself when i watch the show. hahaha

PS: I didn't know many people dont like AvenueX. I personally enjoy her review. Mostly, I just skip whichever part that I don't agree with her. :) Thankfully her review is positive for YAMG ya. Just take it as a win.

This is rare show where people dont root for the couple. Xia Ming is thinking because he is her boyfriend, she should not do her job and waive their debt. Su Xiao need to get a grip of her life and she is much more focus of what's best for her.

I am not saying XM way is wrong or SX way is better. Business wise, XM is 100% in the game. His way indeed effective. Heck I have dome the same sometimes in my work.

But pne must know the limit. SX is his gf (and it is serious as he has met the parents). It is not right to do that to SX no matter how pure the intention.

XM want to separate between love and work. You can do that with colleague, and maybe some acquintance. But how can you do that to your gf.

He is put in tough position clearly to choose between HLL and SX. but you can see clearly SX and XM ideal not match. Will you go back home to someone that you can't fully trust and may use you when things get tough?

I never this satisfied to see the lead break up. I feel for su xiao but... the relationship too toxic. She should find love elsewhere, a guy truly cherish, believe and support her. Not a manipulative one - despite what he say for the name of love.

Bet for the second

I think business wise what he is doing is the best. It's a win win situation for all. But I can't imagine going home to someone that has done something like this. If they are not together, it is fine to do what he is doing. But when you put feeling into consideration, what he is doing are mere business and calculation. But is relationship all about business and numbers?

Feel like Three Kingdom or Game of Thrones.
