Agree with the sentiment. To be honest.. i am watching this just for zhou yutong.. but man.. it is so dry. No chemistry. The execution was bad.. just feel like seeing toxic relationship and meaningless scene where the actors just carry on because of the script. I was so impressed with remembrance of things past but now it is utterly shattered.

I am watching Tunnel, which has similar serial killer story. I think tunnel was better made with better investigation and character. If you have not watch it, you can try..

I hope so. They fail with Leverage and Suits. I like k-drama version of WOM and 18 Again. Hopefully the production do a good job for this, considering, KDrama tend to add spices and 'drama' into serious plot.

Really? I think a lot of western show that's a good detective investigation procedural drama. they have some serial killer plot like mentalist, bones.. castle.. but the way western drama show investigation may be slightly different with asian drama. Sometimes there are too much imagination. I normally ignore one two things along the way and kind of 'accept' the plot purpose, but maybe for this show, I feel it's a bit too much.

exactly. that's what bother me throughout the series. they make the law like a joke. otherwise this will be a very good drama.. but well.. that's just my preference.

I just start to watch this yesterday. it is light and though not so reasonable in some scene, it is enjoyable. i can even ignore how visible nam da-reum's lip balm. but this is torturing, 18-19 minutes (with some repeated scene it's 16 minutes effective) every week. I salute all of you that wait every week since the beginning.

i have watched all of it. he did realize his mistake and toned down at the end, but still not my favorite character

I am not sure about your preference. I see the drama for different reason. Just give it a try if you like it or read people's comment/synopsis in that page. It's only 12 episodes.

It has descent amount of romance but not the main point.

Isn't the Ideal city also not a romance drama?

This drama was great at it's own time. Like when it's 1990s-2000s, Kdrama full of people having terminal illness, 2010s, it do have quite a number of cliches drama. This drama has it's drawback, but this is what people like at that time. Not necessarily match with current standard. I still think this is a well-made production and has a special place in some people's heart.
