So I expected this short piece to give me answers after watching Ep 36 on Netflix and assuming that was the end. I found ep 37 on Viki and got more questions than answers. Why would they change the duo's ending which contradicted with the info we received in ep36? I'm not familiar with the language so I can only believe what others say. I do think it makes sense even if they can't find proof from Ye Baiyi's lines on screen.
