Power for Good of the People! Thumbs up! 2022 Wuxia C-Drama!

So far, I have finished watching episode 40, the drama's last episode. The story is full of mixed emotions with tear-eyes-dropping moments at times. Episode 32 was my favorite part of the story in which both Yang Yang and Zhao Lusi gave in to their feelings. The kissing scene here was mesmerizing and breathtaking. Both talented artists, well-executed, beautifully done. However, in this drama, not only the love story is exhilarating, but also the martial arts performance is fantastic!

Overall, I gave it five stars because of the plot and the performance of Zhao Lusi. She's portraying the other side of herself. Credits also for the Director "Yin Tao" and all the supporting roles. They did a great job of making this drama appealing to everyone.

I recommend this C-Drama for everyone to watch because the story's twist is from different dimensions. The imperial issues, romance, and actions are well blended and balanced.

The Real Hero is the Defender of the Powerless

At last, I'm done watching the complete episodes. I have enjoyed watching the martial arts performance of Baron Chen (Su Meng Zhen), Liu Yu Ning (Bai Chou Fei), and Joseph Zeng (Wang Xiao Shi). The post-production team is doing an excellent job! The lighting effects are fantastic, and martial arts performances are well choreographed. Everyone involved in this action pact drama series is well-deserved of praise and rewards. The director worked immensely his best to make the story alive on screen. Fantastic job!

The only downside I have noticed from this drama is the huge missing factor of romance that safeguard the beauty of the story. Normally, you feel at times some dryness while watching and observing the plot because we're looking for the right emotions that every episode will deliver. For example, the love story of Meng Ziyi (Lei Chun) and Baron Chen (Su Meng Zhen), is a beautiful portion but lacks the intensity to hammer the viewers' emotions. In addition, the love story of Joseph Zeng (Wang Xiao Shi) and Yang Chao Yue (Wen Rou) is supposed to be an excellent way to produce a thrill but it drifts away. We don't see the flowers blooming at the end.

Love and romance are indisputable that well blended to make the story great and memorable. Yes, I agree that this drama is purely wuxia, but we live in a world that has full of expressions of love. The balance of martial arts and romance is the perfect combination to eliminate the story's dullness. However, there is no perfect drama, everyone has its pros and cons in mind. The most important you deliver the content based on its original narrative.

I've watched some previous wuxia dramas that blended well the romance and action but had a terrible ending. The "Heroes" drama sticks to its originality and uniqueness despite of criticism. The director and cast fulfill their best to what the script dictates. All positive and negative you see in this drama are based on your personal opinions. This drama fulfilled its purpose in defining the true hero.

Why? Because the story focuses more on the face of a true hero rather than the selfish ambitious hero. Evil will not thrive in this present world even how powerful they are. God will raise the humble and dethrone the proud. Therefore, the real hero is a true defender of the powerless not abusive and deceptive.

First of all, director Yang Yang did a fantastic job! She orchestrates everything to make it appealing to the viewers despite the sudden change in between the seasons.

The entire productions of this C-Drama TV series were phenomenal! The chroma key composition, VFX, SFX, ost, cinematography, editing, cast, and the crew are all exceptional! Very smooth and clean production output compared to other C-Drama series.

However, the drawback of this C-Drama TV series (Ever Night) was the transition stage from S1 to S2, and there was an abrupt transition of characters in which everybody shook up a bit. Even myself, having a difficulty to bear the new changes in SEASON 2 because still, the back of my mind was the picture of original "Arthur Chen/Ning Que" and Meng Ziyi/Ye Hong Yu, "The Dao Addict" which my favorite lady swordmaster and cultivator in SEASON 1. Thus, the fighting scenes are epic in SEASON 2, which carried back the emotional setback of the drama.

With ups and down expectation!

This new TV series drama doesn't yet achieve the peak of my expectations. There are so many reasons why? But Cheng Xiao's beauty and fighting skills along with Arthur Chen's charisma will put this drama to the summit. Understandably, the series still rolling on the local TV and international online platforms. Thus, we cannot decide completely the full review of the storyline. Just keep on watching and relax with the drama's monumental saga.

In addition, as a frequent fan and audience of the Chinese historical TV dramas, we cannot hide the predictable locations as being used as often within the studios. However, this is not a setback for every film production, the most important is the standard and quality of the cinematography being displayed. The Director of this TV series "Legend of Awakening" is also phenomenal, he manages carefully the keying effects of the locations which are super lovable to the eyes of the audiences.

In general, every episode that being unfolded has an excitement to see and wait.

Action Packed Drama!

First of all, director Yang Yang did an amazing job! She orchestrates everything to make it appealing to the viewers in spite of the sudden change in between of the seasons. One thing that strikes me, the content of the story beef-up the biblical "terminologies" (like for example, the word omniscient, providence, eternal life, heaven, demons, evil, darkness, light, sin, forgiveness, repentance, and God). These words are related to the End Times/Prophecy.

The entire productions of this C-Drama TV series was phenomenal! The chroma key composition, vfx, sfx, ost, cinematography, editing, cast, and the crew are all exceptional! Very smooth and clean production output compared to other C-Drama series.

However, the drawback of this C-Drama TV series (Ever Night) was the transition stage from S1 to S2, there was an abrupt transition of characters which everybody shook up a bit.
