Ohh I see what you were saying, and yes I agree as it's airing it just makes so much more sense to rate the episodes as they come out... but I think halfway through, I always have a pretty good idea of my general rating and very rarely have to change it

Tbh I don't see the point in either haha I don't rate until after I watch the whole episode or at least half of the whole drama

I feel like there are people that start their personal rating at 1 but then move it up when shows impress them, which is fine whatever, but it really messes with ratings while shows are airing...

Usually it'll be on Viki without subs within a few hours (I think it just went up) and then usually it will around a few hours to a day for the English subs, but I suppose it depends on how many people are working on it.
