I'm excited for this series. I thought See and Keen did well in Only Boo, which if you haven't seen it stop what you're doing and watch it the series is adorable.
This comment may be a TAD biased bc I LOVVVEEE MosBank together… HOWEVER, I’m replying so you reconsider watching…
For me I was coming off on watch the Sign which also had a past life trauma/curse element to it, also with who people who have insane on screen chemistry. It like night and day with those two series.
I cannot wait for that special episode, while I don't like the second couple as much as the first, there needs to be a nice completion to the story. We did a massive speed run in the latest episode and we would love to see EVERYONE'S HEA.
I think the sisters deliberately created Gao tu character so that people would pity him and in almost every novel…
I pitied Gao Tu, until a certain point and then I was just frustrated at both hi and Shen. I read the novel. Gao Tu and Shen's story reads like the greatest hits of a harlequin romance novel. Their love is based on absolute zero communication and that kind of story plot pisses me off.
When I watched the initial trailer for this series the concept was so different from any thai bl series I've seen, since UWMA. I ended up buying the book and omg was it good. It held me over until the series officially started. For the most part the series parallels the book with some scenes being added or cut, but the main story of Khem, his past life, his karma, and his love are pretty much true to the source. I just so happy that this company decided to take its time to create a series with a plot like this and the special effects that needed to sell the supernatural elements.
Some stories stay with you because they feel like your own grief, even when they belong to someone else. Khemjira…
Wow, amazing analysis. I always wondered why the karma would continue for so long even after death, but the explanation of the complete karma makes sense.
I enjoyed this series but it wasn’t as great as Last Twilight.
Last Twilight was lightning in a bottle, with OST that teased us until ep 8 (or was it ep 9). I could wax poetry on how much i love Last Twilight. MMP just gave me JimmySea being cute together, plot be dammed.
Of course JimmySea have done it again and made another hit GMMTV. I was already happy with the ending but the interview scene had me blow away. That alone gave this series a 10/10 for me. All throughout this series I praised their acting because they know how to make each character they play believable in who they are as an individual and as a couple. I cried at the end of this series because I was so happy to see all the effort, work and love JimmySea put into this series.
For the people complaining about this series having a high rating ; People enjoy what they enjoy. There's no competition…
I also think that the scripts/series that JimmySea get work well with their personalities. They came out the gate with a good series with Vice Versa, and while Our Skyy 2 was kinda bad, I liked the first half of them just doing cute things as a couple. And with Last Twilight, absolute gem of a series! These boys have talent and they deserve all the praise for it.
Honestly this series is like a best of compilation of all of JimmySea series so far. This couple only has good shows and I really enjoy their chemistry.
Hot Take: There are too many cooks in the kitchen.
I know with so many characters there are developments that are stronger than others. Obviously Kit and Shane are getting the best amount of screen time, with everyone else coming at a distant second, but I still feel like we're rushing these characters. As much as I like Per and Tar's banter and play-fighting, I always feel like they are an afterthought. And the Teachers. I would much rather have a whole series about them than the 1-3 minute snippets we are currently getting. The KimMon sitcom is starting to become a problem. Kim should not be learning the same lesson over and over again.
I really do like this series, but this latest episode had me taking off the rose tinted glasses.
They’ve said that it’s up to the audience’s interpretation and they’ve always had a policy of “two men…
That makes sense. I thought I was going insane. I don't mind of there is a Top/Bottom and i don't even mind if they're verse, what I can't stand is when a bottom is designated they always make then a person who is weaker, less than or can't do anything without their "man's" approval. If you ever read the novels half of the bl series are based on they have this troupe almost to the point where you think the world hasn't really progressed.
I was so hyped from the trailer that I bought the book hoping the series would come out about a year after the trailer dropped. Cut to 2 years later. Hopefully they can get it out by the end of the year.
