I didn't know he left already. I thought it was end of summer for some reason. Anyway, hope it goes well for him!
Yes, he just left a few days ago. I still can’t believe he enlisted before the drama press con. He won’t be able to promote his upcoming dramas, but at least he left us with new ones to look forward to. Two years to go! As a fan of young Korean actors and idols, this is something you just get used to.
After watching Ep. 1, their chemistry is probably the show's biggest strength. The plot and characters could be better, though. With their talents, seniority, and how long they've been a ship, they deserve a stronger story.
That said, I love New's sassy character, so I'll probably be sticking around for a while.
The last scene when New holds Tay in his arms ... I immediately thought about Cherry Magic where they gave Tay…
Wow, that's brutal. So all this time they were actually making New look shorter? That's ridiculous. I hate gmm's outdated bl stereotypes—it honestly just feels like gatekeeping.
Even though I am still enjoying this, it's more or less the same repetition of those past lives dramas; past live ML and modern ML having dreams.. it's so legend of the blue sea or those dramas. It's lucky and hit the jackpot because it releases in 2026. If this aired in 2023 with 100 of past lives dramas together, it won't get this much hype. Timing must be important in k-drama business.
Even as a Christian myself, I believe this topic is very sensitive. Islam and Christianity share some aspects. The Iblis is the ultimate devil. In this drama, they put the Iblis as perfect lover, glorified male lead. Are we supposed to root for Iblis and his romance? Are we all supposed to enjoy this because it's fictional? Can't they create dramas without disrespecting other religions and beliefs now? Honestly disappointed with where it goes. Do better next time.
The worst season. Chishiya is the only saving grace in this show. Without him, it's like Teen Wolf without Stiles. They are not the main character, but the one who hard carried the show.

I'm talking the drama plot and concept mainly.

Yes, our boy has just enlisted in the military in real life—we know that 😂

A little romance in this type of genre is the best!!
