At the beginning in ep 1, if I am not wrong, their father (heavenly emperor) initially planned for Qingheng to send for trainings to repair Guixu, since YouQin is the crown prince, the successor. But YouQin chose to go instead since his bro is too young. I thought he is not always that weak, but has no desire for throne..

Agree. What is ML even doing as individually? We don't see him doing a thing besides being marrried with Tan. There is no villains, challenges for him. His background story is just being socially awkward. I am kinda disappointed. I will wait and see more episodes.

I don't think "come back from cultivation" is a problem here. It's more like they don't know what to do with him besides getting married with Ye Tan. No actual plot direction for him, when this is actually ML top-billed drama.

But 2nd cp and Void realm story arc is well-written.

At least in the mold, there are villains, rivals, enemies for ML.

Their romance will develop soon. It's for sure. But I still expect better story arc for ML and main cp.

But it makes ML no challenges/depths with boring usual life. What is ML even doing as individually? He comes back from cultivation isolation, socially awkward, now got married with Tan. I just wish better written story arc for ML and main cp.

ML actor and SML actor acted together as leads in a BL drama. Interesting! Not sure how long it will take to release tho.

It seems a lot of people are more into 2nd cp and Void realm storylines. I just notice the heavenly realm storyline is too simple with no villains, no challenges for ML, no throne rival, etc.. ML is the Crown Prince, his younger bro is also not someone who would fight for throne.
Everyday life there now is Ye Tan comedy show with getting to know each other and waiting for them to fall in love. I love main cp for real. But kinda hope for better written storylines for them.

I saw it. There are actually 3 mortal versions of him in that trailer ; Deity of Fire (red hair one), The Bounty Hunter and The charming guy. I'm confused because here his other name listed is Xuan Shang Jun. Is it one of mortal names or something else?

ML has two names listed here. Is it two characters? Like mortal version or just one character with two names?
