Sum of ordinary is extraordinary
Tbh falling in love with this drama is very easy...u don't even have to try and boom u r already too deeply in love with it...This drama is just a proof of sum of ordinary is extraordinary...a story revolving around Bailhe police station starting with 4 new police officers joining and the chief assignes them 4 shifu according to their personalities....they're just ordinary police officers doing ordinary work in an extraordinary way...they all work for people but have their own baggage of problems and regrets to carry....
The drama is so realistic with so many short cases covered that do happen in society often...
The friendship and character development of this drama is worth a watch(and rewatches)...the 4 or them live together in an apartment where their bond develops from 4 new recruites to 4 great friends...
A special mention to the chief...he is just a type of senior we all need...someone who understands what we need and not what we want...from choosing the best shifu for them to making them a good policemen...he is a role I look up on a lot
Tbh i started watching this drama bcz of bai lu but all the cast specially the seniors all left me shocked...theyre just tailor made for their roles
And the ending for all characters and drama...I won't call it a happy ending or sad ending but an ending they all wanted, they choose and deserve...The end of a story marks the end of a journey and the beginning of another....
A perfect 10 after a long time
Do give this drama a chance guys...trust me u will love it

Once in a blue moon magic that can never be recreated
Writing about CQL is really a very difficult job because no words can describe the magic this show holds....let me just start with the most basic word THANK YOU to every person who was associated in making this show....u guys have created a masterpiece which will be adored forever....No matter how many years pass this show will always give you hope to keep moving and stand with what u think is right.....it will make u believe that people like Wei wuxian and lan zhan exist in real life who stick to their true self...maintaining kindness
Now coming to actors...i don't think that the casting could be any better.....they choose the most perfect actors to play those roles.....kudos to each and every actor....the mischievous smile of wei wuxian...the poker face of lan zhan.....at a point of time i was confused whether lan zhan loved wei wuxian the most or Xiao Zhan.....he really lived the character and that can be clearly seen in the show
I don't to which genre does CQL belongs because it has everything....this show is not only about romance,bromance or family show ....like each sub story is enough to make a new show and which u can watch with ur heart.....it makes u to reflect upon urself...it shows the truth of today....it proves that no matter how close u r if u r not meant to be u cannot be together(jiang siblings) and i u r meant to be u will be together even if it takes time(wangxian).............it shows that no person it born as angel or devil....the circumstances makes us what we are......what we all want is always LOVE....a hand which can take us away from darkness to light...a hand which can show us the correct path.....wwx had shijie ....but there was no one for xue yang and jin gyangyao.....that regret is the worst part of life.....
Our wangxian....they proved that opposite attracts....the people who were totally different but had the save moral values......WHO CAN TELL THAT WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG??????....not atleast a set of rules tell that who is black and who is white...it just depends of how ur heart feels and the ethics u have
So i can write a whole book on how i feel about the show but let me bind up by saying that it is not too late to enter the world of CQL......just start watching without a second thought........

I will take ur silence as a yes
A drama with perfect cast and story with perfect implications is rare to come and i would say after The Untamed i would say this is a drama i could give such title to...........Casts: its just perfect...the leads have a chemistry which is rare to explain....u can feel how much they love each other just by the look on their face....
The friendship they showed...they all were a family protecting and fighting alongside and for each other...
Story: thankq for making be sobbingly cry after ages.....the last time i cried like this was while rewatching aa ling and then now.....i literally am afraid of getting dehydrated after this....the story is well portrayed and expressed....
Cinematography and scenery: they used snow and so vibrant yet light colors and they were so beautiful and aesthetic....so pleasing to eyes......
Frankly speaking im really afraid of watching dramas with such endings...its like for me the concept of happily ever after never exists but endings like this always leave a hole in ur heart which can never be filled and will only hurt....but the truth is that it's the reality....
1. The power hungry society is the reality of not only those days but also of today...
2. Not all love stories r meant for a happy ending.....Untamed taught me one thing that if u r not meant to be then no matter how much u love each other u can not be together and this drama brought that pain back........the fact that parents dont let 2 lovers get married and so many love stories r just end like that.....
3. A soldier's life is never his....it belongs to the country and i don't know how to repay this loan of their's on us....just thankq for protecting us
