One of the best dramas I've seen in years - it wasn't epic, nor overwhelming, nor majestic... but it was deep and balanced like an immersion in something that feels real, with raw and vivid characters amazingly acted (Santa was great in this role but Perth was even more intense: his Pobmek managed to be so fragile yet strong at the same time).

It kinda felt like a fresh of breath air although the topic was indeed difficult - once again, this director manages to create something "that flows" and that blends very well comedy with depth and real+absurd moments. Kudos to the all the actors, and to the coloring and costumes department because they managed to make this drama so distinct and unique!

Yes, I'm also on team #parentsredemptionarccouldhavebeenbetter, but I feel like giving this drama any less than 10 is a crime against the great idea and effort that all the team put on such a difficult script and topic. So, 10/10 for me, this is a small gem!

Fingers crossed for this one! T_T

On Only Friends: Dream On May 17, 2026
Aaaand it's a wrap. Honestly I had some expectations for this series, but it failed to get me invested... mostly because the characters felt sketchy and not fully developed AND because the direction felt a bit chaotic. I also had some issues with many camera shots that felt very weird (I don't know how to explain this since i'm not a native english speaker, but often I felt like the frame was cut in an anti-aesthetic way or the camera was filming from a weird prospective that felt "bad" instead of "artistic").

Anyway!
I LOVED AouBoom but I had no doubt I would enjoy their performance (I especially like Aou's acting, he seems like a completely different person at any different role he get casted for!), and it was my first time watching JossGawin which I appreciated but their characters were kinda "meh". I honestly preferred them as friends.

EarthMix as always shine in dramatic roles and Mix for me rocked the entire show: this boy has an amazing range and he can deliver the world even with the smallest blink of an eye. Love him.

Will we get a S3? For sure we will, since this seems to be a format that people like... but I hope we can get more substance in terms of character development: a series like this needs a good script otherwise it's just a bunch of NC scenes.

Krist's character was so good I didn't recognise for a sec 😆
OMG it was really him?? I kept on watching that shaman and thinking, "he looks like Krist... if this is really him than kudos to our boy because he's so nailing this!"

At the beginning, they said Gaysorn’s mom stops giving off that special scent after she has a baby, and now…
I think the "scent" thing hasn't been that clear up to now: they randomly say that "mudan tribe" gives off this scent, but maybe everyone has a different "way" of secerning it? Feels like a hormonal thing.

I agree on the uncle: Scent's father had such a terrified look in his eyes, kinda like he was afraid of his own brother. What I most wonder is, tho': how can a parfume miracolously save a dying man? ^^'

I found myself crying at the kiss scene, Phop's confession was one of the sweetest and most honest I've ever seen and the kiss was so well made! Net is such a good actor, and I'm happy JJ didn't have comedy in this episode because they work so well together in intense scenes...!

I do have to say I can literally feel the want and need Scent has for Kaysorn (the moment the latter releases…
Honestly the plot perse is kinda cringe, and as of now so is the execution... I feel like our boys will have to do some major heavylifting to support the whole drama. XD

I have a (very bad) feeling this might become the 2026's "Oh My Sunshine Night".... just with flowers and butterflies instead of red apples.

For as much as I love PearlPeak AND my daily cringe dose of lakorns, first episode had quite some absurd moments. But ehi, as long as we get to see Pearl's abs and Peak's goo goo eyes, I'm still seated! XD

A very beautiful and touching movie, although the story had that "already seen" feeling... it kinda reminded of me some other great tragic chinese stories like "To Live!" from Zhang Yi mou.
Anyway, great acting from all the leads, YYY was especially good in her faceted role... if I had to say something, it felt a bit slow at times although that helped in giving a "looming tragedy incoming" mood.

Loved it! It cracked me up for half of it, and had me on the verge of the seat for the other half! It's a fun ride with some fun kungfu quotes and a nice final twist!

This is the series I didn't know I needed - it definitely changed my mood and mental state in a time/period in which I'm on a total social/work/family burnout.
Duang and Qin were such wholesome characters, and so were their friends and their story... such a simple plot, but well built and well developed. Sometimes you don't need HUGE THINGS to make the audience fall in love... just something to which we can relate to.

I will look forward to TeeTee/Por next projects!

Sorry, question: reading the novel synopsys and title, it seems like the main character is originally a woman right?

As I thought, now that we reached the end this has surpassed FoF in my heart - for as much as I loved FoF characters and story and visuals, it unfortunately got lost a bit while this one stayed more consistent, keeping me intrigued from start to finish with a very complex plot, mesmerizing characters and incredible acting.

I was a fan of TJR already but now I will definitely follow his every other project: he managed to create three distinct interpretations out of this role giving DragonDeity/Lonescale/JiLing completely different moves and auras. Incredible.

I saw Joseph only in MLC and I liked his acting although I wasn't a big fan of his character there, but here he really convinced me - and so did the ladies AND most of all the secondary characters. I admire how this director/screenwriter manages to bring alive even the smallest character in the story, and every character has its own important role to play in the general painting.

I was honestly glued to my seat till the end, I cried MILLIONS of tears and I even managed to never cringe in fight/CGI scenes (apart, maybe, from the final big boss fight and the sword ballista which had me a bit smiling... it kinda reminded me of Ursula in Disney's Little Mermaid original cartoon).

Anyway: I need more epic wuxias that hit like this one!
Kudos everyone in the cast and crew, 10/10 for me!
