At the end of episode 17, my heart melted when they were staring into each other's eyes. The scene was so cute! And…
The last scene is one of my favorite WenZhou moments. When WKX asks ZZS not to leave, ZZS replies back that he’s not meaning. You know that WKX means don’t leave me ever, not just don’t leave this very minute. And you know that ZZS’ reply is he’s not leaving you...ever.
Comparisons of WenZhou’s last fight scene vs the one on the lake. In the first, they are in darkness, in the second, they are in the light. In the first its WKX doing the chasing; in the 2nd it’s ZZS. In the first, they are in darkness, in the second, they are in the light. In the first, they end apart from each other. In the second, they are connected. Well done, WoH, well done.
Zhehan is so bold. I admire him for that. With one single ment he made clear what he (and Gongjun) wants for future…
Same! Thank goodness I don’t live in China because I would spend all my money buying all the products they endorse. Lol. I’m so emotionally invested in them. I want them to attain career goals while remaining true to who they are. I also want them remain good friends, texting each other to give support or just joking/ trolling each other.
Okay since the drama is over let me share a scene from the concert I had posted on Twitter. To soothe your aching…
This is one of my favorite moments of the concert. ZZH tried to get GJ to go up a note, GJ waved him off. Then GJ ad libbed “all together” to the audience to sing along. ZZH was just resigned to it all & let go & let himself just enjoy the absurdity of all. His smile gave me all the happy feels.
When I think of how painful it must be for actors when they're done with a project they cherish and they need…
I’m hoping for a reunion/re-visit when we celebrate the first anniversary of WoH. I’m also hoping GJ & ZZH will continue their friendship via texts & such & continue to support each other.
i finished watching yesterday and couldn't stop myself from crying like a baby since then. i really don't know…
Well said! I had no expectations going into it either. It was just another drama I was going to watch. I picked it because it was wuxia & a potential subtle love story.
