At least 2. One had more of a focus on Gu Ran anc Jiang in the later episodes. For instance, you get to see Gu Ran seeing his friends at the airport after coming home from overseas. This version had Rang Rang & Zai Zai’s wedding & Ryan skipped to the class reunion.
The other version, the one shown on YOUKU, shows the wedding, some cute marriage scenes of Rang Rang & Zai Zai (including learning she’s pregnant), then class reunion scene. No extra Gu Ran/ Jiang Jia scenes though.

They’re a lot of reasons. It’s usually really loud on set, so it’s easier and cheaper to dub . Just to let you know, moderne dramas are usually dubbed too. But a lot of the times, the actors/actresses get to dub themselves. Their accents don’t matter as much., so that’s why they usually dub themselves.
