ZLS char was the nicest person on the Earth. But it felt like too unrealistic. And I didn’t understand why TF she went to the farm after coming back home. I know she wants to connect with the people and all. But do she even know anything about it. Realistically speaking a normal person would feel burdened if a person of her stature always comes to your workplace. Like you are being watched. And if she wanted to contribute and connect to the people then she should have went to the places producing clothes as she learned weaving. Maybe she could have been a little helpful there.

Oh that’s great. Because I felt sad for the dude that gave her a bracelet only for her to sell it after seeing an expensive gift of her sister.

I haven’t read the manhua so the costumes don’t matter that much to me. I had put this drama on my watchlist for as long as I can remember. I read people calling it one of the best dramas they have ever seen and whatnot. But it just didn’t clicked with me. It was a good drama but I had higher expectations from it.

So what happens is WSY was bent on finding the princess. And HD was told to find the princess by the majesty and his father. He couldn't care much about the princess when they met together. But after some time WSY is called back for other work and HD meets the princess at the place she was supposed to arrive after searching all around. And now nothing happened in between and he falls in love with her. Also the princess confessed to WSY just 2 episodes before she decides to get married to HD. I know the beating HD took for her might have made her heart swoon and all. But come on you confessed your love just 2 eps before to someone else. And were also waiting for that person to fight for you in the same ep.

WSY also had his flaws. But I still don't get how and when Hao Du fell in love with Leyan.
