It's very good one if you like non romance drama and it's a medical theme drama.
These people rated before the first episode even available so I'm not sure how accurate the rating is. I watched it and I really liked it - you can try and if it's not for you then you can move on to something that will interest you more.
Pluto > Us > all the other Thai GLs. I like other Thai GLs too but I can't bring myself to rewatch any of them besides Pluto.
