if park hae joon is part of the cast then infidelity is the first thing to look out for.
But in this drama his character is just a loser with nothing much to his name...not sure if any woman would fight over him though.

No he wasn't. He is trying to tell TXW the drawing doesn't look nice and finished with that type of comment. That's…
I’m not defending him or anything like that, but I’m looking at it from a Southeast Asian perspective. People from Southeast Asia should feel proud and confident in their own heritage and culture, and not see themselves as somehow inferior to Chinese people. Instead of assuming the worst or immediately feeling insulted, it would be healthier to have confidence in our own identity and not fall into a mindset of self-victimization.

Just my two cents though.

People seem to get offended over everything these days. If someone says the image looks like someone from Southeast Asia, why should that automatically be taken as an insult? People from Southeast Asia should feel proud of who they are instead of immediately assuming something negative. Think about it this way, would someone get offended if a Southeast Asian person said an image looked Chinese? Probably not. That reaction shows how people perceive one identity as better than another, which is part of the problem.

In this situation, the actor was simply commenting that the drawing looked more Southeast Asian than like him. That does not necessarily mean he was insulting anyone. Sometimes people react quickly without considering the intention behind the comment. Being compared to Southeast Asians should not automatically be treated as something negative.

Admittedly, I am more of a casual fan of Younjung. But I don't understand how her working with big writers is…
Such a double standard. She will prove them wrong.

Title The Dealer
Trust me Rryu Seung Beom will be first billed when the actual series is out. Just look at this actor's resume…
Also, I’m not sure if MDL lets you track my watchlists or comments, but I’ve been watching, liking, and commenting on Jung Somin’s projects since 2017, after I saw her in My Father Is Strange. That was long before GYJ even became an actress.

I used MDL since 2020.

What’s wrong with being a GYJ fan? Does that mean I don’t have the right to like or comment on Jung Somin’s work? And is what I said about actor Ryu Seung Beom incorrect? He’s been in the industry for more than 25 years. If she’s billed before him, that’s actually a good thing, especially considering he’s one of the highest paid actors in South Korea.

Note: I’ve never written hate comments about any actress on this forum or any other website.

Person Go Youn Jung
Anyone wanting to see GYJ outside dramas you need to go watch "The Secret Friends".

You can criticize her acting if you want, that’s fair. But why attack her personally? At that point it’s not really constructive criticism anymore, it just turns into hate comments. If you dislike her that much why waste so much time talking about her?
What’s strange is that when actors become popular quickly even if their acting isn’t great, people usually don’t show this level of hate. But when an actress becomes successful suddenly people start saying she must have a sugar daddy or some powerful backing. That kind of thinking is honestly pretty messed up.
