I would rex you to watch all. I consider Signal & Foe masterpiece. They both are amazing Thrillers with emotional ride, I throughout enjoyed watching them. It's worth your time.
You can start both and see watch intrigue you the most and watch that first then the other. About Devil judge, so far I saw 5 ep and I am liking so far, you can wait till it finishes airing tho I have faith this will turn out great

When I first checked the cast and he was the first in support cast after main leads, I was so excited and I thought he will have important character, You can say I started for him and Hwiyoung and bit for ateez tooo. They keep mentioning him and in this ep too. I am hoping next episodes have focus on him and he will appear more.
