I really feel bad for Cha Young Min :( no matter how cold hearted person he is. He always a good doc, when he possessed KST he immediately diagnosed and saved the patient. He was worried about his surgeries tooo. He was skilled and even if he got money for that doesn't really matter since he has sense of responsibility as doc. Such a shame he's in coma
