I can confidently say lady's son NOT charles's brother.
The reason is their age. Charles said he lost his "hyung" while insung look younger than him.
Charles's hyung maybe #7 #24 or #11, but I think #24 has the highest possibility.
But i am surely enough insung is lady's son. They have same name, and maybe he keep his real name after adoption

What i get is younger sungjoon went to the that place, and found youngjae. For some reason he like #11 or something, that why his parents bring no #11 as his brother, and for some reason too young jae is dead.
Later, #11 can't forgive himself cause let/can't save youngjae, then unconscious call his new brother (sungjoon) as youngjae, for multiple time.
Then sungjoon got hurt in playground while #11 with him. That why sungjoon forget his memory and his parents doubt about adopted #11 cause he can't protect their child but sungjoon misinterpret this and thought he is the one who adopted.
In other hand, #11 make sungjoon as youngjae by told him about youngjae's sister , and the neckless. He did that just cause he can't accept his incompetence (can't protect youngjae and his sister)

i can say from no 2 until no 7 will be the victim of new case cause they or their parent make the boys suffer in old days.

Eunki in poster tried to close sungjun's eyes and songhun tried to strangle Sungjun's neck. Look like she tried to obstruct sungjun to see and he tried to stop sungjun to speak. I still believe they trying to protect sungjun in this poster

Maybe my imagination is too far but i think the the killer want the people who relate with the orphanage to get traumatizing, angry, and endlessly sad. That why he/she kill the beloved person of them. Not just ordinary revenge.
For some reason i don't think machun's family killed by the main killer.
After killing the victims, he/she put their photo in the room "display it" but i don't see that after machun's family case, or mr.choi's case (maybe i miss that).
I am only sure he/she kill baek's daugthr, coco mom, and the bride.
And i think the reason why the killer targeting to frame sungjun cause he is son of the person who also relate with the orphanage. (I still doubt for sungjun, he is no.13 or no.12)
