People might not like the ending, and find JP more ok, but for me Korean one was hell emotional. In JP version you perhaps could feel emotion, but you won't tear up that much, JP way of showing emotion and pain, I am still not use to.

There were gut wrenching moments, FL unspoken pain and silence breaks your heart more than any dialogue or words. LHY overzealous performance and deep, hidden and silent affection for her eldest daughter proves you don't need real relation to prove your love.

The scene where she bid farewell with YBK in bed, was extremely powerful.

you know soap-opera is more than fine, all crazyness and not make sense plot is ok with me....but they use the same theme of Penthouse, so I felt like I am watching the same thing, Plus actors are same so it feels more over the top.

Someone mentioned that this is cliche, and I beg to differ...have seen the lowest and typical BL to top notch quality, and this is certainly not a cliche.

This is very well made, typical yet well written story. Acting, technical aspects, music and other aspects are pretty fine and it has a subtle approach to a story.

I felt a sudden and quick change in narrative as well as Kang character after 3rd episode, and that was the only drawback, I could find, but then again if you look at it, he wasn't much of a bully, he was a nice person to begin with just a delinquent one.

The sudden awakening in Kang and confusion towards Sailom and his likeness towards Pimfah is shown in a very good way. Like 1 minute he does extreme moves for Sailom, and then the other he is whipped for Pimfah, he is unable to channel his emotions. On the other hand, Sailom has already fallen, but being poor he day say he feeling for him.

So really looking forward to this.

In your eyes her rejection is not his business, well in Asian culture it is, Asians are connected to their parent till death. They are part of their life not like after 18, goes separate ways.

Asian culture is filled with taboos, prejudice and social pressure, I am surprised you don't know, and yet you are here watching Asian dramas.

But mothers have always been the main person in all Asian cultures, they are over protective and keep their children keep with them, 18+ rule don't apply in South-East asian region.

Long road of 39 episodes, plus 30th episodes has heartbreak, so imagine things becoming ok will take long time.

Also whats up with the doctor grandma grand kid, he is hiding something or knows the KSJ daughter murderer, I am sure of it. Poor guy always in agony, and looks he is struggling. Glad FL bomb younger sister is with him to make him happy little.

First they will never reveal the Gaetal this early, may be around EP10 or 11,.

We already know that evil teacher is a psycho and killing people for pleasure, not for justice. While Gaetal is killing people indirectly for their crimes, who escaped law.

So, the teacher is not Gaetal, he is just a rich psycho, with his equally psycho mother.

ML was in vengeance when KSJ daughter alleged killer was released, and ML hyped on this one. So it is high possibility that he is the one. But we could always be wrong.

But at this point, there is no other character that could be Gaetal, it is either KSJ, the evil teacher or ML himself.

they have shown teacher to be Gaetal this early on, proves his is not real, he is a copycat.

Real is Ml or the character not introduced yet.

Of course, KJH hit me hard, I liked and followed 2 male artist, and they both died tragically. I am not Shawaol, but I was KJH fan, I consumed him, and the other was Haruma. They both left tragically.

I remember I postponed Haruma series "The Hours of My Life" for like 5 years as it was tragedy, I couldn't bare to watch, but then in 2020 while I was watching, the news came and everything just went away, I don't what I felt, I can't describe.

Passing of Moonbin for whatever reason they chose not to disclose, I just assume he died naturally, so I feel he was taken, but KJH, Haruma, Cha In-ha left a deep space of sorrow in my heart.
