and does she not realise that her location is being tracked??? there will be records of her being at the crime scene DURING the crime, wtf. or at least i Think there'll be records. sloppy sloppy
it's lazy writing to show "flashbacks" that may or may not even be true to set an unreliable narrator. they could show fragments of what actually happened to confuse us but no, not that smart. now I'll spend 12 hours wondering if i can trust what "objective" pov i am being shown. I'll do this for kim go eun, i guess.
coming here after so long bc I'm realising that perhaps, she didn't love yi san at all or all that much, and didn't consent to the relationship either. did it not feel like she gave in bc she didn't see any way out of the palace politics?
even if she did like him, she never wanted to persue him, thus tha tragedy that followed, or am i forgetting something?
bong hwan doesn't have his priorities straightened out. he puts in all the effort, is gutsy and rebellious in smaller matters but loses his shit and gives up when he's really needed. when it matters. he has military experience but is suddenly a crying damsel when it's time to fight. cries over a man that literally did everything in his power to hurt the people he cares about. love him but he's only good for jokes and laughs, honestly. the writer went off in the 4th quarter.
bin's such deep, dirty trash, the way she doesn't miss ONE instance to poke mr queen, to blame every single bad thing that ever happens on him, is beyond redeemable. such obliviousness to her own dirty deeds, so disgusting.
