The slight shoulder twitch, neck movement style etc that he normally used in front of others were absent in the scenes during the murder and when he got caught so I assumed he pretended the disability. Idk. ep8 will give more info.

He was pretending to be retarded and for such a close knit group I refuse to believe Jin Mook never slipped from the facade. Same goes for his daughter. She said Dad gave her goosebumps, but never mentioned it clearly to anyone of all the people who cared about her?
