If I remember correctly , Lu Ming said to TZ that while he was coming the mortal realm he was suppose to kept is memory but he was attacked and YY celestial vest was destroyed while coming down. Lu Ming did something and was able to keep a little of it or something like that and decide to keep watching him in the mortal realm because: his celestial vest was destroyed and his promise to YD too. Now TZ need to find the artifacts to help him restore his celestial vest since Lu Ming is not powerful enough for that. I strongly believe that The emperor has something to do with YY ´s celestial vest bursting but Lu Ming won’t think that obviously but still think someone in the heavenly realm tried to destroyed YY celestial vest.
