This drama left me in confusion.

There was only one thing wrong with this show, that actually made me not like it at all. The male lead. I have not issues against the actor who played but the character is just unlikeable and extremely hard to understand. The ML character had a very weird vibe that later in point I thought there was going to be a plot twist where hes like a creepy stalker or something. The love interest on the other hand I loveeeee. Hes just so perfect in every way that when you dont get the ending you want youre bound to be disappointed .

I Personally do not recommend

First of all there are no 4 knights because I don't care what other people say but the secretary doe not count. It's been a while since I've watch the show so I don't remember the details just that I hate the show. I think that there are many other dramas thats are so much better. the casting was good so was the acting but the story line... I just did not like at all.
I would say skip the drama you'll save your time and would be doing yourself a favour:) I just feel a drama should have a male and female lead and at the most one love interest. I personally don't like shows where there are multiple love interests especially when the love interests and the male lead are close like friend/brothers. For example Boys Over Flowers. I know many people love love that show but not me. I believe its better when the FL is close to the ML friends thats it no more. As it shows a stronger bond and better character Development.

I Don't Regret it but was it worth watching ?

The trailer of the show is the main reason why I'm watching the show. When I started watching the show I didn't not know who actually was the main lead actor and the fact that the ML Actor was the teacher of the ML actress show how just makes me a little uncomfortable. But I surprisingly don't hate the show on an overall even though there is really no process of them falling in love etc. The show doesn't have a strong story plot. In the end I don't hate it but also think its a show to watch only if you reallllyyyy don't have anything to watch.

I know the Trailer is not so convincing but definitely is a must watch!

Would definitely have to say my favourite drama of all time. I do not think there are many many dramas like this especially addressing mental health. I'm the type of person to only watch Romantic Comedies because isn't life already sad enough? haha. For some reason I had a good feeling that this drama is going to be a very nice drama. Just like most people I also judge a drama by its trailer however when I watched the trailer I thought it was going to be just a very sad drama that's the main reason why I put back on watching it. However scrolling through Instagram I saw a few clippings of the show and I realise that the atmosphere of this drama throughout the whole show is not sad and there are different emotions actually involved, like humour and I think that is why this show is so amazing as to how they address different problems that the characters face and the weakness of the characters but at the same time there is humour in world which doesn't make you feel so sad. I think when making a movie or a show having a good set of characters with a strong background is very hard to do however this show nailed it with having three main roles with very different personalities tackling their own issues and just growing not physically but mentally as they progress. I think this show has given great importance to every small detail like cinematography, choice of OST, the clothes used to set the character etc which really adds great value. From not only prioritising perfecting and casting the main characters but the side characters too. Adding minute details like Sharing the illustrations written by Ko Moon-young which can often be connected to one of the three main roles and sometimes to life itself, helps understand the character further in depth.

Coming to the characters further. Ko Moon-young a children's book author who is seen to be a very cool hearted person when at the beginning when you see flashbacks of her childhood it would be common to find it hard to understand her character because she didn't have emotions of an ordinary child and so at first I did find it strange but but then I realise that's just how she was brought up by her mother. She was taught not to feel emotions and when later on she meets Moon Gang-tae she slowly understands different emotions and feels the warmth and love that she had never received when she was a child.

Moon Gang-tae the younger brother who is an employee at a psychiatric hospital. Now Moon Gang-tae is a person who has suppressed all his emotions because I am very young age she has been taking care of his brother and he feels like he needs to be the adult to be able to take good care of him. In this process he's never been Will to live a carefree childhood as his mom made him responsible for his brother and to take good care of him and along the way he was a child he did feel that his mom never love them enough and only loved his elder brother were the case was that she just gave him the extra love for his condition. This really hampers Moon Gang-tae's character as all his life he's only been protecting and taking care care of his elder brother and no one was really protecting and taking care of him because he lost his parents at a very early age. Moon Gang-tae's character progresses as later on he opens up more abhor emotions and allows Ko Moon-young to take care of him.

Saving the best character for the last, Moon Sang-tae (Moon Gang-tae's autistic elder brother). At the beginning of the show Moon Sang-tae is a very dependent character who finds it hard to read others emotions and understand non family relationships due to his condition. However, as the show progresses, this character grows and learns to accept Ko Moon-young as family and determined to protect his family and follow his dream of becoming an illustrator. Seeing this massive change in character and how he later takes care not only on Moon Gang-tae but of Ko Moon-young too is enough to make a grown man cry. I also have to mention Lee Kyu-sung who plays as Moon Gang-tae in the show did a fabulous job.

Unpopular Opinion.

Am I the only now who didnt really like the main couple? Haha, honestly I love the second couple so much more. The third couple were cute too. Personally I feel the show lacked in completely showing the entire relationship of the first and second couple. I will not mention anything of the third couple only because from the beginning the focus on their relation ship had been the least and it continues throughout. However, thats the the case for the other two.

Speaking about the first couple, there was no process of why they fell in love with each other. Sure, the FL fell in love at first sight which is the case in many dramas but is always followed by incidents that make the love grow fonder but not in this show. Same with the ML, I understand a sense of attraction when she puts in effort to make him remember her name but issue of him forgetting names is lost and becomes irrelevant soon after. Moreover, I just personally found their relationship boring. On the other hand the second couple was my favourite. Their relation started off with the female character taking care of the male which was cute slowly by the end the roles reverse. It was nice to see both of them protecting each other. However, the script writer did not spare any time for the male character to get over his unrequited love and to actually fall in love with the female character making it sort of feel like a rebound though im sure the writer didnt intend to.

Personally I felt that I would love this show if the second couple were the star of the show but with a little reworking on their relationship.

STOP AT EPISODE 30!

Honestly a great show if you're into Rom-Coms. Don't expect anything non cliche. I was concerned at first because I do believe that when dramas are over 24 episodes or sometimes even 24 episodes the show can get a little dragged. I did feel that way about this show too, well I wont use the term dragged rather I thought episodes 31-36 were unnecessary. I personally feel stopping at Ep30 would have been perfect and wouldn't have been an abrupt ending also.

Pros:
Great Chemistry between ML and FL
Great relationship between FL and her Best Friend
Loved how the ML and Love Interest (Du Lei) become a little close. (However, this doesn't last long)

Cons:
I did not like Li Xiao Chaun
EP 31-36
Spoiled Du Lei's character

Changes that could have been done was in the beginning is that Li Xiao Chaun didnt want to be in a relationship because of how things went with his first confession but he could help but fall for Xu Li, and Xu Li changes his perception about love. After the couple do get together I wish Li Xiao Chaun becomes more active in the relationship which help the audience fall in love with his character too. As for Du Lei Stopping the show at ep 30 would make it seem like he respects Jiang Jun's decision for being with Yuan Shaui Therefore, giving the person "he loves what she wants rather than what he thinks she needs" something his adoptive sister realises before going to prison. This way the audience would continue to like Du Lei at the sometime the character's brotherhood with the ML would grow, making a stronger character background and character development.

DiSsaPOinTmEnT.

you must be wondering why I rated it 9/10 but I'm still calling it a disappointment. Honestly I didn't think I would really like this drama this much, I thought it'd just be a timepass drama which was okay to watch once. In the the starting few episodes the ML is what made me like the drama but as I watched I realised that this drama has a lot of main characters at first I thought that would just be more time consuming and would reduced time for the audience to like the ML and FL but these characters is actually what made me really love the drama each of their roles fit the story so perfectly.

I honestly dont like messy dramas and by this I mean dramas where the ML and FL like each other but a series of unfortunate circumstances keep them apart. Having one of these circumstances would make sense as thats like having ups and downs in an ECG, it keeps the drama alive and going. I thought Jun's mother keeping them apart was the end of it but then a love interest steps in surprisingly unlike what I thought thats not what kept them apart and so coming to know that Jun was ill didn't make me mad. However, watching the EP16 made me so disappointed. Telling everyone he was ill and showing up after 5 years is absolute stupidity. Instead I wish Jun recovered because Gu rara kept him strong and motivated with or without knowing he was ill. So when I rated this show it was exerting the last episode. Other than the last episode I will say this was a really good show consisting numerous characters who are so warm hearted and how youll end up falling in love with. The Drama would really be a 10/10 if the writer cut short the ending episode. So what if the drama is not 16 episodes.

P.S I just realised did the halabeoji (Mr.Kim) die without knowing that the ML is alive. I might be wrong on this please let me know.

The BEst

The Drama is definitely a must watch. Yes its one of those rom-coms But will definitely leave you in a good mood. The show progresses well of 4 childhood friends who may not be living a lavish life but definitely living to their fullest. Also it is one of those shows you will be crawling back to to watch it again and again mainly because it is light and easy to watch as it does not involve many sad/difficult emotions. All the characters were well casted and written. If you love RomCom genre of dramas should definitely be on your list!

Has so much more potential!

The basic story line was good and I have not complains about it. However I did feel over the course of 24 episodes they could involve showing more of different moments of when actually the main leads' emotions changed towards each other. Because as I watch the show I didn't really feel the there was a gradual change in emotion. Moreover, it felt their affection toward each other just went from 0 to 100. Another issues I personally felts is the emotions of the male lead can be misleading at times. At the end of the show you will be very much convinced by actions that two leads love each other immensely. However, most of the mail lead's reactions during happy/romantic moments seems like the character is more in shock rather than being all happy/smiley but maybe this is just how I feel. On the whole not a show I regret watching, was a good time pass.

LOVE THIS DRAMA

I loveee this show! its just so cute how the four housemates get so close and look out for one another and from their own family as each go them have family issues. This show is almost a 10/10 however I wish they showed a little more of when the ML actress falls in love with the ML actor because the ML Actor's love was very clearly shown. But on the whole would definitely recommend! the side role also do an amazing job keeping the drama lively and fun. The OST is just soooo cute and definitely will get you hooked on to the song.

BoRiNG

I cant say much because I ended up dropping this show after the 6th episode.Just a personal opinion but I felt the drama was boring from the beginning, also upto the 6th episode there is not where you see the process of the ML and FL falling in love. I felt like they just suddenly fall in love. However, If the show had stronger bonding between the characters that would build further character development but then again I guess this opinion doesn't count as I've only watched the first six episodes.
