Hi! So I didn't read all of the manhwa yet (because not all of it has been translated to English)...I never encountered a killer there! I admit I could have missed it because it was in Korean, but I'm fairly certain that in the parts I read (and the parts I browsed through), there was zero murder mystery, hehe. Maybe someone who understands Korean plus read the entire manhwa can fill us in!
Episode 5 is great! I liked how the leads are both so sweet and mature. I am worried at how Shin Woo Yeo is withholding his knowledge about the marble from Dam.
I am also interested on what's next with Gye Sun Woo. Not sure how the drama writer wants to write his arc, though. For those who read the manhwa, Gye Sun Woo wasn't a killer there (if I'm not mistaken) so I hope they don't make him one here.
Anyone remember the killings on TV in epi 2? I wonder if GSW is also a Gumiho or if there's a plot twist that…
I read the first half of the manhwa (the part that was translated to English) and I didn't see a plot like that. :O And so far, they have stuck to the plot of the manhwa religiously. Not sure about the latter chapters though, since they're still in Korean. But I don't see GSW as a gumiho though hmm...it will be interesting how the writers will change the story if ever.
I just watched the first episode of She Would Never Know (it's available with subs on iQiyi every 9PM KST), and I must say, I'm so excited with how the drama will go!
The drama has a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. I typically don't enjoy work-related dramas, but this one really delivered on its "work-life-balance" premise, since it included a beautiful combination of everything. It started out slow with the world-building and character introductions, but it really picked up more in the middle and towards the end. The flashbacks were a great touch, too. I especially liked how comfortable each of the characters looked with each other! The chemistry was palpable.
Overall, this drama has a very luxurious, sophisticated feel. It initially just takes its time, but it soon contributes great buildup towards significant events in the drama's story. I hope that aside from picking up the pace, the drama can continue to enthrall us until the end. ?
