Title The Golden Spoon Spoiler
In last episode hwang hyendo seems relieved after sungcheon comes back into his place , so was he aware about…
When the switch happened the ones who don't own the spoon forget their memories of before the switch. Once HTY changed back, he got his memories of before the switch, so he was confused as to why he was there, but he was still confused about the spoon. Once it was explained to him the fogginess cleared and he remembered. He remembered he had learned about the spoon before the switch. This happened to Joo Hee, she was talking to Seung Chun and when the switch happened again her memories got muddied and she couldn't remember. Once it was explained to her she once again remembered about learning about the spoon. Same applies to Yeojin, even though she has a spoon her memory was still foggy due to the switch but she didn't need someone to explain to her because she remembered on her own it just took a bit after the switch. In other words, the magic of the spoon works but those who learn about it can be reminded of it and those who own the spoon will eventually learn about it on their own and become aware of when the swtiches happen. The real question is when did HT Y father learn about the switch on his own.

crazy dog was so obsessed with making yoon jae's face like that of the joker murders lmao glad they offed each…
Yup. And he never learned till the end, still kept blaming others for his daughter's death instead of himself. He made the killer who killed his daughter from all the pain and suffering he caused them all.

For those still wondering on the people who didn't get punished at the end let me clear up a few things. RSJ's mother is still being investigated and with hopes to also sue the government since she abused her political power and hurt those kids with her actions and finally have the government sentence her. She is also being judged for conspiracy to murder of the greedy producer guy along with the chief. The chief's other crimes were unfortunately past the limitation. As for RSJ's father his past crimes were also past the time frame, but he was sentenced to attempted murder charges of RSH. RSJ did feel pain and sadness for the crimes his parents committed and that's why he did what he had to do to arrest them both. He also released both clips of his mother to the news, we all thought it was RSH but it was RSJ who did it, he tells his mother so when he arrests her. I believe what hit him more was the betrayal of his brother since he was closer to him than his parents, and he tried the hardest to save him in the end. As for the three women, the nurse, the shaman, and the mother of No. 12 they were left as an open end that they would get their punishment when they successfully sued the government. The mother was eventually ignored by RSJ as it shows him sitting with Eun Ki instead, so she lost her adopted son due to her actions and also paid emotionally when she learned her son had died. The shaman did do bad, but we also have to remember she was possessed by deity and couldn't control what she said when she was taken over. Her crime was not speaking about what she saw in the woods, it baffles me how they even let her live after she saw them. I think that was a loophole or rather lazy writing on that character. They kept her to add suspense and supernatural elements to the story. There were still many other people who worked at Hope Welfare Center who didn't even get mentioned just shown in a picture. I believe they will open the case up once the government takes action and hunts all those people down. This was all hinted with the lawyer, RSJ and Eun Ki in the sauna scene. The end of the series was not the end for those who did evil in that place.

I am happy he didn't die either. I was frozen in place when the scissors scene came up, I was like noooo don't.…
Same. He can appeal in a few years and with good behavior he can get out in 15 years. All the while his brother visiting him often.

I am happy he didn't die either. I was frozen in place when the scissors scene came up, I was like noooo don't. I didn't like that he got a life sentence, but I think he didn't bother to clear his name because he felt he needed to be punished as well for not doing anything about the rest of the murders and what he did to RSJ, destroying his life. Also, happy the brothers got to forgive each other and hope again.

Are Charles and Yoon Jae boyfriends? I mean, I wouldn't kill myself for a friend and die holding his picture.…
Yes, I believe it was the vibe they were going for. He had also said he would pull out of the plan if Yoon Jae was kicked out of it. He was solely in it to help Yoon Jae.

Actually RSJ felt so sad for his brother ,, he loved him with all his heart ,, he cried in court when he apologized…
I completely agree with you. And the car scene where he was staking out Charles, one could see his sadness of being without his brother, how he worked himself nonstop for a month straight and refused to go home to an empty house without his brother. RSJ saved RSH in the end and forgave him, the drama showed it by him calling out to his brother at the end and telling him he wished he can finally escape his past and hope again.

I am really frustrated that there was no actual /real/sincere bromance be the 2 Brothers... All rsh cared about…
I think there was, it was just like RSJ said RSH would always say the opposite and still do what he said he wouldn't do like when he made his brother Ramen. RSH did feel guilty about what he did to RSJ and living with him all those years his escape to the guilt was self-harm. RSJ even told him he was a coward, RSH was scared to face the love he had for his brother, he didn't care about the other people and those who got killed, well besides Tae Ho and Yuna, but he cared about his brother. He showed worry when he realized how close RSJ came to dying at Baek's hand when his brother showed him his wounds. That is why he proved his innocence at the end when RSJ was on the run. He had joined them to help Yoon Jae but ended up betraying him and siding with RSJ. He didn't want the killings to continue. He also apologized to him directly and only him in the courtroom scene when they locked yes. He said he apologized to everyone, but he was only looking at RSJ. RSH tried to save Yoon Jae but in the end he got saved by RSJ. He was finally able to escape his dark past and hope again, RSJ was his hope. That's what I got from the series.

I think it was amazing! Better than "Mouse"! :)
It has a few similarities, but it is also very different from Mouse. I recommend you want it to the end to really get those feels. One of my favorite dramas this year.

I love this drama. So sad to see it end. Spoilers for the end in post to follow.
The ending was so sad and like someone said bittersweet but still more sad. I feel for RSH and RSJ. If only RSH had trusted RSJ sooner, he could have put an end to the killings sooner and gotten a lighter sentence. I didn't like how he just let everyone think he had planned all the murders; he didn't do anything about them because he felt nothing for them besides revenge, but he didn't want to kill anyone except for the first victim. He wanted to save No. 7 but RSJ was stopped before he could save him by Yoon Jae. In the end one could see he cared about RSJ, all those years he tortured and damaged his brother's life he ended up cutting himself from the guilt he felt. He saved RSJ because he cared for him in the end. I think RSJ was just like Eun Ki, an angel. RSH wanted him to find out about how evil his parents were and to have him arrest them himself, to feel that betrayal. I also think that another reason he made RSJ think he was adopted was so he could feel distant from his parents and actually be able to arrest them in the end. He should have trusted RSJ to be good all the way to the end and never needed to be tricked to do the right thing. So the part where Yoon Jae was talking about Eun Ki one could also think it was about RSJ. Still RSJ couldn't hate him and still considered him his brother. It was so sad to see him refusing to go home to an empty house for an entire month. Gosh that car scene was so painful. The moment where RSH locked eyes with RSJ in the courtroom and apologized to him directly, it was so heart wrenching. Love, love this drama. Everyone did an awesome job, I hated the evil people and wished everyone had gotten their dues like the nurse and the rest of the workers at Hope Welfare Center. Poor Charles and Poor Yuna. I am going to binge watch this again now that it has come to an end.
