Enjoyable, entertaining drama. There’s low key romantic attraction, undeniably on the male part from the 2 key law students. Would luv to watch S2 with these 2 & rest of the cast.

This has a different vibe from similar dramas. The relationship between the CP is really strong, nothing came across as contrived or false with a true understanding of each other's character ... this is the main attraction for me. I also felt the FL's dad is the MVP although he did kinda took his wife for granted. I can't imagine how the ML and his dad would have coped without the FL's dad & FL all those years. A very nice youth drama!
Young actress can act really well. ML is a favourite new comer of mine. He has this attractive aura that draws you to watch him (just like what I said about Gong Jun before his Word of Honor fame). Great that 2ML get to expand his acting range in this drama. Overall, entertaining. ???
Amazing show, story with great acting cast, am wowed especially by both actors acting Shi Guang. And of course, I luv Chu Ying. Wish Chu Ying could have cleared his name, restored his name in the historical records when he returned, or at least mentioned in historical records that he was wrongly accused of cheating.
Excellent drama, almost no one is dumb. Very strong lead characters & supporting cast is great too. Both leads are very straight forward and logical in their thinking, with the ML being extremely smart, & observant. Storyline is tight, logical and well paced.
Both MLs are v good looking esp ZZH. Drama is entertaining so far and both acted their characters well. Like the hairdos for them so far. Sometimes this can be really bad & artificial in wuxia dramas. I'm a fan of Simon Gong esp after "Begin Again". Hope the production team kept the drama quality consistent till the end.

Later, Sheng Ze told Fang Li that Luo Yan lost his memory (on the day Luo Yan was supposed to meet her before he leaves the school/town) because the gangsters came for Luo Yan and they fought . Luo Yan reported the gangsters to the police after he learnt they were going to give Fan Li trouble as she had exposed the gangsters pickpocketing activities. Sheng Ze came across Luo Yan unconscious & sent him to hospital, the latter was diagnosed with amnesia. Sheng Ze only learnt of Luo Yan’s fight with the gangsters & the reason for it recently. He came to inform Fang Li because he heard Fang Li & Luo Yan had a falling out cos Fan Li’s grandma didn’t approve of Luo Yan & thinks he’s hurt Fang Li in the past & is of unsavoury character cos of his fight with gangsters.
