The queen said Jang Kang could've master hwansu using the ice stone but didn't. Since she has the ice stone for 10 years, maybe she mastered hwansu? Though she probably isn't on Jang Kang's level, it would take much more time to master it.

1 - Uk knows that's not Naksu's body
2 - Uk admires Naksu even before meeting her in person (the way he described her to his last master denotes admiration)
